I have to say this. The first time i decided to do this video i managed to finish only the half of it. The second time i managed to do 45 minutes but now the third time i finished it all. The burn and the shakes on my legs was intense but the feeling i felt after finished it was something i haven't felt for a long time ( after stopping ballet classes). Thank you for this ! I needed it and i loved it ❤️

wow, hand stand? what helped you to get to this point? I still can not overwork the fear to collapse over and braking a neck. Have you been doing any additional exercises besides yoga flow? Would much appreciate
@@juliyabelyanevich7066 Head stand, hand stand not yet. I have been practicing yoga before, and i'm exercising regularly( running, trampoline classes, strength and cet.) But inversion got me really insecure, like you i was afraid to collapse . Alessandra's classes helped me, with her accurate tips how to start. I succeeded but i'm still no pro. You need to really really trust yourself and your body, good luck👍

Alexandra, I understand that the head-stand is probably is not a priority in yoga flow, but the next dimension of shaping your mind and body. For me it is still very challenging! Nevertheless I have been doing yoga for one year, almost everyday, yet even floating my legs to vinyasa flow from standing feet and palms on a floor is not going well. I believe there is something to do with the core, Am I wrong? I was thinking would be any 3-dimention picture, or when you getting to headstands on your videos, the cameraman would focus on you from the side, that would be possible to see the right position of your head against your elbows and feet. Is there any tutorial to guid into it, a few exercises? What exercises should be the part of the daily routine? Core exercises? cardio, running, gym?
