It's good but I still put Kaori ahead. Then the other two...primarily because of just how much it looks ridiculous while doing anything else rotation wise cuz it's some of the most broken physics of any of them.
I've been a fan of the game for YEARS (that I'm sad to say my copy doesn't work because I took such poor care of it when I was younger). I thought I saw all the tricks, but many of these, I've never seen or heard of before.
Unfortunate to hear about your copy. Hopefully you can find another one in the future or experience the game again in the emulated form. I didn't know about all these tricks as a kid, mostly because I hated the alpine boards.

Don't say that. For what it's worth I did not realize that different boards had different trick combinations until a few years ago. I think it all depends on how you played and what you notice while playing.

Hi! I think this is something hard to do without seeing how you play. That said learning the tracks in terms of shortcuts is usually helpful. In Alaska it is quite easy to break before the last jump and save yourself airtime. You will land before the other rides and can go into the finish line faster that way. Similarily in showoff you can do two uber tricks on that final jump, hit the 5x multiplier and the points you get from that will be quite a lot. So in races learning the tracks, always crouching while on the ground and using shortcuts. In showoff try to get some multipliers and attempt to do uber tricks in some areas that does not seem like they give you much airtime. With a shot uber trick and a well-timed jump you can sometimes manage to do ubers in many more places than the game lets you think you can. Hopefully this was somewhat helpful! :)

That is a very interesting question. I wonder what Jurgen and Hiro would have as their signatures. Would also be fun to make a video of all the SSX 3 ubers, but I feel that's more up someone else's alley than mine. I suppose I could do all the tier 1 and 2 ones, but I will stay far away from them monsters.

Did you ever use Zoe with the Freestyle board? I know BMX was her default and most people I know avoided using their characters other boards simply because if it wasn’t their specialty board you wouldn’t get their signature trick. So if anything you might have used her BMX 90% of the time and then used her long board for the races until her stats were maxed out.
@@philipbarton3456 yeah i never used the freestyle mainly because at the time i made routes around the bx boards and wasnt used to the trick timings. also Zoe's freestyle board is kinda slow

If it is Mac's uberboard it will be a freestyle board and have the same tricks as all of Macs other freestyle board. The uber boards themselves have maximum stats. Aside from that they are the same as any other board, just better.

Problem is ... now I have to figure out how i can play the darn game 'cos I have no idea where that disc is (probably in my mom's attic) or if the PS2 even boots up. The stupid memory card is probably lost and without it - how will i save progress.

I used savestates so that's why the song keeps looping, probably should have removed the song in the first place but I didn't think of it as the time.
Most of those tricks are impossible to do in real life (even for pros)
Didn’t realise the tricks changed with the boards. Don’t think I ever unlocked all the final boards can’t remember how you even unlock the Uber board

I've always played as Zoe growing up and I've never seen the Uber tricks at 12:47 and 12:56
