Rabea should be so proud. Keep seeing artists all over the shop picking up Silo's. When your peers in the gigging game are all using a pickup you designed, you know it must be good.
Acle is literally the reason why I bought Black Hawks for my guitar. Love his tone!
Truly one of the most unique tones of any metal band these days
Turns out rabbea is an absolute tonal beast. So happy to hear that because i have a set on order 🤙 love all the tesseract guys. Thanks for the vid BKP, best pickups out!
I love those pickups so much!! Enjoy!!
I love BKPs, have them in all my guitars. Last guitar I installed BKPs in was a custom kit I made using parts from warmoth, hipshot, schaller... the luthier I bought them from has a relish guitar that you can test all the humbucker sized sets in and found out that the Miracle Man was my favorite... was completely surprised and absolutely love that set
The Silos are my favorite humbuckers of all time.. period.
I have them installed in my Ibanez MM1 (Martin Miller's signature AZ), and IMO, they're THE perfect upgrade for anyone who has an AZ and wish to keep the versatility of the original Seymour Duncan Hyperion pickups (bluesy neck, and very natural and neutral in every position), while getting enhanced response/texture ''à la Bare Knuckle''. My guitar kept its original ''soul'', but everything just sound and feel better now. They are BRUTAL when you need them to, but they can sound soooo clean and smooth for cleans, edge of breakup, low gain, high gain... and there is not even a compromise to make. I think these pickups should be advertised as the most versatile pickups of all time (even more than the classic Seymour Duncan JB and Jazz, because they also nailing the modern tight heavy tones as well). The split tones literally sound and feel like true single coils (better than the original pickups). These are NOT metal pickups.. these are THE BEST pickups!
