House Flipper 2 - My First Custom Build! - Sandbox Mode - Speed Build and Tour!

Welcome to House Flipper 2 on PC and in this gameplay video I'll be making my first custom build from scratch in sandbox mode as part of a challenge with @ChaoticJelly

After some discussion about what it could involve, we came up with a simple set of rules as follows:
- It had to be a two story home
- It had to be in Sandbox Mode
- The home could be any size
- The map had to be The Forest
- We had to use curves in some capacity
- The home could be any theme
I really enjoyed doing this simple little challenge and I think it really helped me get to grips with all of the controls a lot better, so I wanted to give a huge thanks to Chaotic Jelly for this and be sure to head on over to her channel and check out her build in this challenge too!
I'm super happy with how it turned out as it's rather futuristic and minimalist which I really like, it kind of reminds me of The Institute from Fallout 4!

Ohh! I love that you went all out with the curved walls! I should have utilised some more curves on the inside of my build haha. I love how it turned out, it's really giving futuristic vibes 😊and I love the sunken livingroom! Really great build! 😊🥰

After a while I wasn't sure if I was going overboard with the curves >_< but I do like how it turned out and maybe next time I should aim for a tad more colour. Originally I wasn't going to have a sunken living room but I decided it'd be something different and I've always wanted to make one in House Flipper so I took the chance! 🤣

I absolutely love this design! Futuristic minimalism, yet with all the perfect details to make it a real home. And all those curves... just amazing!

This is a great build! I love the architectural design elements you added and I absolutely love the stairs! The peek through on the bar is so cool seeing the stool legs through there looks like it is a design in the wall itself....so cool! And the sunken living room with the backs of the couch meeting the floor behind is very cool. Love it! You both did an amazing job!

I like your attention to details!
I’ve imagined that this house is for a man who works in technology and has a girlfriend who occasionally sleeps over. He is 30+ and likes to have an active life (parties with friends at his house). The girlfriend is a cheerful person with a similar lifestyle, but she’s not as neat as he is.
At least, that’s my interpretation of this household ;)

Game looks so good but it could never compare to the first one the first one just so nostalgic and overall my favorite house flipper game
House Flipper does have its positives and negatives and yet, so does House Flipper 2. If they were merged together then the result would be something unique. ^_^
