House Flipper 2 - Beach House - Custom Build in Sandbox Mode - Speed Build and Tour!

Welcome back to House Flipper 2 on PC and in this gameplay video I'll be making a beach house for two, in Sandbox Mode using a small plot on the Crayfish Coast with a tour at the end!
I really enjoyed doing this simple little build, sometimes the smaller homes are the better homes as I don't get overwhelmed by all of the choices, I like the S shape design of the house and I wanted to keep it as open as possible without taking away from that shape.
I'm super happy with how it turned out and I hope you like what I've done with this custom build and as always if you have any suggestions for other custom builds or designs then be sure to drop them down in the comments below as always! ^_^

As far as I'm aware the Resizable windows are now in Story Mode, although I'm not 100% sure if it's in the same location as Sandbox Mode but check out the Architectural Elements section in the "other" section. ^_^

I have noticed it does lag when there are a lot of trees and stuff around but normally it's not too bad.
