Hello sir , i recently have gone through an ACL PCL and MINISCUS surgery in which my ACL and PCL have been reconstructed using all inside ACL method and Partial Minisectomy in the medial Mininscus as it was a complex bucket handle tear and as per the doctor it couldnt be repaired , he also informed that my articular cartiledge is slightly damaged so i wanted to know how can i minimise the chances of osteoarthritis as 30% medial miniscus is washed out and its been almost 16 days since i had the surgery and i am doing some exercises with my knee braces on but while doing these exercisesi hear some popping in my knee and doctor has advised to use the brace for 6 weeks and no load and bending on this knee . In my case will PRP help me to heal and reduce the chances of osteoarthritis as i am a football player and want to go back to my sports. I also wanted to ask you that the graft was taken from both the legs and even the left knee which is non surgical i am feeling so much stiffness in it and when i fold it i feel a lot of pain so what exercises should i do and how much time would it take to heal and when can i go back to my sports
