@@dravenregino4073 Exactly. I remember when Darkstalkers was released, two of the main talking points were the simplicity of the chain combos and the wide windows for cancels. They were implemented to make sure everyone could pull off cool, fast combos with ease, seeing that Street Fighter 2 required 1 frame links, karas, etc. That's the reason they stuck the chain system into Street Fighter Zero, and fans screamed that it wasn't SF and they made the game too easy, so they removed them for Zero 2.
Me and my brother were just practicing this yesterday on my Xbox lol. I've been trying to tell him this game is fun man, Capcom seriously needs to realize there's more amazing series than just Street Fighter.

You know how the algorithms work, so the more you cover it, the more you can assist in increasing the public interest in this fantastic series and I'll here for each video. ArcSys should buy this IP out if Capcom insists on trolling us over a sequel. I have been absolutely spoiled by the Saturn version of this game for over 20 years! They packed in everything from BOTH arcade Savior 1&2 with NO compromises...in 1998!! I still have my PSP copy from since it launched!
I like playing with lilith in vampire savior 2 since they gave her the merry turn move in the air in that version. I know most people stick with vampire savior but I enjoy playing vampire savior 2 just as much as the first one
I played darkstalkers 1 at an arcade a lot. Vivid memories of people spaming lord raptor heavy kick and anakaris heavy punch. Gallon/Jon tailban is my favorite capcom character to this day and I wanna see more of him. The UMVC3 amaterasu costume was nice
Even though there are a few things I prefer in darkstalkers 2, the gameplay in 3 is just perfect. So fast paced and smooth. The Saturn version is godly.
Darkstalkers is such a criminally underrated arcade game. I really wish Capcom would start treating this game with respect by giving us a proper reboot and releasing the original games as DLC for Capcom Arcade Stadium. 🧛♀️🐈⬛
Shout out to Mummies Alive, I think it's on Tubi TV at the moment and was watching it a little. Surprisingly pretty enjoyable for a late 90s cartoon. Intro is close to a banger not top-tier but definitely a solid B+.
You can get it on Fightcade or if you want to play the best version of this game get a Sega Saturn and a copy of Vampire Savior. The Sega Saturn has the best arcade ports of all of the old school 2d fighters.

Play Pocket Bravery gameplay! A demo recently came out on Steam and the game looks pretty fun. It could be the beginning of a new fighting game franchise.
Taking part on what community there is right now om FC2 and this game has been wild! Looking forward to the Capcom Fighting Collection, and hope it can be enough to revive the franchise!
I've never understood why Capcom bullshits so hard on this franchise, but they'll put in costumes for Street Fighter 5 based on it, put cameos of characters in the backgrounds in other Capcom games, put a few characters in the Marvel vs. Capcom series, but never an official next gen Darkstalkers title. It's like somebody high up at Capcom either is super salty from getting their ass kicked in it or it gave them nightmares. Either way that person refuses to make another title for whatever reason we, as fans, will never know I guess.
The series just doesn't sell. They've given the franchise many chances over the years and it just never caught on with the masses. Plus, the systems in it aren't simple "cookie cutter" "SF with monsters" fodder... it's a very intricate and unique style of gameplay (and not casual friendly).
This is one of the most fun fighting games ever hands down! Easy to pick up too!

If i had to choose new Darkstalkers for another mvc game, id choose him, Q-Bee, Sasquatch. I think theyd give tons of variety.
