- The Cal 400 medley relay team won the event at the 2022 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships -- and they did it from Heat 3. The won with a time of 3:00.36.

Funny thing I realized, Urlando’s backstroke was at the same pool Ryan Murphy swam his American record. That’s a hella coincidence if you ask me

how can the american record be slower than the ncaa record? 🤔
It was probably a team with swimmers from other countries - therefore it’s not an American record due to the team not being 100% American
@@maxbourgeois3665 Thought that if they were enrolled in a US University it would count toward the American record but perhaps not.
