Every single time I got a retrofit upgrade, man was it AMAZING!!!! Especially before Retrofit was as big as it is now, back in 2010. So unique, I always got so many questions cause I had intergrated the Infiniti M45 projector with illuminated shroud/halo on a brand new 2010 CIVIC! Every single person who saw those headlights…their eyes will light up just as bright. It was freaking awesome!!! I miss that car.
This is gonna sound weird but is there a way yall could do a retrofit for a 05 chevy venture? Or the process? Light is definitely lacking and drop in bulbs arent doing it.
Great work on the retrofit. How about a retrofit head light of a Nissan Juke? I have aftermarket headlights and taillights. But my concern is now I think the HID's are not putting out the same amount of light to the road. It feels like when I drive at night that I am over driving my headlights. I have been thinking about adding a small thin light bar to my car to help with the lighting. But if you are up for the task and project, here is an option to consider for a retrofit.
This may be something as simple as the lights needing to be aimed correctly. Her Spec-D lights we’re definitely aimed WAYYY too high which of course doesn’t help you much and blinds oncoming traffic. I loveeee NISMO Juke and might do a retrofit on one soon!
That’s the difficulties of doing a “simple” upgrade with this specific chrome housing. I wanted to do a RGB DRL, but didn’t want to step into the realm of building a light she wouldn’t like. The next one will definitely be a lot more dramatic 🤝🏽
