So Im still playing on 1.50 i made big map combo and Im really lazy to download them again can i just edit manifiest file for every map and make it usable for 1.52 because some mods are not available for 1.52

Yes you should, and it is not just a stupid restriction. It make sense since creators of maps wish to connect actual areas of the game and also use assets and other materials from expansions
