This week, I unveiled my newest addition to my stream. It's a channel point reward called "Make Me A TikTok". I documented the entire process and made a TH-cam video going through the steps.
I'm trying out a new style where I document the things I create for my stream and talk about the stages and problems along the way. It's not intended to be a step my step tutorial. However, if there are specific elements that you'd like me to cover in more detail, leave a comment about it!

Dude your works is so inspirational, I love the idea of a documentary series. That is some watchable ass content right there. Since they wouldn't be step by step videos, I'd imagine you'd have to worry less about keeping them short, sweet , and as concise as the instructional videos and people would still stick around to the end.
this is amazingly creative. I was following along and downloading learning and getting all excited about trying to see if i could create my own versions of this and see what else i could come up with. but then you got into coding section and rite off the cliff i drove screaming NOOOOOOOO!!! ... well its a really creative thing props.. glass half full i did learn a few new things so i can learn those things

Hey Nutty! I Love that Video and Effect very much. I Tryd to build it my own style. What you forget to Explain is, that you use a Crop Filter for the Source too. So only that way Sourcerecord will record in this specific ratio.

This is great. I want to do something like this for going live messages. A quick snippet that gets uploaded to twitter as a going live message. I'm stuck trying to get the aspect ratio to work though. I messed around with masks, to try to do the source record but that doesn't work. Any tips? Also looking for obs weathered devs for (paid obviously) jobs. Feel free to reach out

I understood the blur and source mirror stuff. Fought with a similar thing so chat could take off glasses and make everything blurry except where the lenses should be.

Hey nutty, I use your awesome translate script for streamerbot and I notice yesterday if someone wrote like "part 1. part 2" only part 1 will be translate. Is there maybe a short and easy fix for that?

I wonder if there would be a way to incorporate it with the replay buffer feature of OBS so it wasn't recording FORWARD but was instead recording BACKWARD like an actual twitch clip
^ This would be sweet... I'd kill for a tool that could convert my on PC VOD's to whatever clips are made for said VOD, so I can use the higher quality VOD to make clip stuff from.

Hi nutty! You brought the whole streaming scene to a whole new level. But is it possible to do this also oj Streamlabs? I'm torn to switch to OBS as it looks less user-friendly. :(
Just rip the band-aid off and switch. You'll have more freedom, not be supporting a shitty company, and won't be pushing your computer as hard to do the same stuff.
I use so many things on my streams but when we use skype and voicemeeter is active when i turn up volume it does echo but when i lower it it does not but i can't hear my uncle voice,what can i do for that?,OBS+Voicemeeter+Skype.He's signal is coming from a "martix" hdmi,i put that into it and then from that dispositive he get's what im seing,anything for that? i mean a solution for echo when we use microphone.Anyone can help me? because he's never going to respond me but maybe someone else can.PS:That doesn't happen with consoles,only when we use pc.

The Background blurring is actually smart as heck. But my only concern is that if you use a different transition type then a hard cut that the effect won't work properly, unless you can change the transition type with streamerbot as well.

Hey, I saw you mention that it may have been possible to upload the recorded tiktok automatically to tiktok. I have been wanting to do that for call to action posts. To let them know I'm streaming. Is that possible in the bot?
Not in any way that would be practical. I wouldn't use TikTok for stream announcements anyway.
$199 is a lot. My friend bought a IMEISH MIDI Keyboard Controller which has like 10 buttons, 10 knobs and 10 sliders that all output standard MIDI for under $70. So with a little bit of software and the OBS websocket plugin, it's super easy to mash them together, and works perfectly.
It's certainly a lot, and a MIDI controller is a great alternative.
It's a lot more fiddly though, and you still won't get the full control that a Stream Deck+ will offer. Just depends on your use case really.

Nutty! this is pretty cool actually. It is easier to follow and viewers don't have to watch the whole 12 hours it took you to do the thing. However, maybe a link the the actual long form video for people to watch and learn even more would be nice.
Also, why not share the widget/macro/ for others to use... i nean for money of course! You just got us all hyped about this super cool thing you did, and then... sadness cause I won't be able to use it.
That said, i think this is a good format, thanks a ton!
