Congratulations on your rock and roll hall of fame. Expound on your creativity to grow new brain cells neurogenesis and cognitive functions. Cheers Sir Eric .
Eric talks about showbusiness and music business, no they are the same. Unless you're a recording artist, then its ok if you suck live. Jimi was just an enigma, was brilliant in his recordings as well as just insane live. His ability to float over the music, and surf over the waves of sounds took everyone by surprise, that someone could approach music like that, I'm saying being an open faucet for channeling flow states, and the audience recepting it as he used the music as a platform to dive into, it's very much a water analogy
It would have been nice to see a date of this interview, if in fact it is on or near Eric's birthday and he claims to be 50 (the other member's laugh) then this would have taken place around May 11, 1992 (his birthday is May 11, 1941); the four people from left to right are Eric Burden (lead vocals and original member), Dave Rowberry (who in 1965 replaced original keyboardist Alan Price because Alan stole the arrangement credit for House of the Rising Sun and the rest of the band couldn't stand him any longer- Hilton Valentine actually arranged it according to Chas Chandler), John Steel (drums and original member), and Hilton Valentine (guitar and original member); Chas Chandler (bass and original member) died July 17, 1996, but they (and the interviewer) speak of him in the past tense, so this interview had to have taken place after his death - I just found the reference on Hilton's web site - their induction into the into the Hollywood Rock Walk of Fame was May 11, 2001, on Eric's 60th birthday, so this interview was probably on or day or two after May 11, 2001. Dave Rowberry died in June 2003, a few years after this interview. www.hiltonvalentine.com/links.html
Dave Rowberry did play on half of their hits. We Got to Get out of This Place, It's My Life, Inside Looking Out, Don't Bring Me Down, and See See Rider.
YES this interview and induction ceremony was in fact on 5.11.01 on Eric's Birthday.... we even gave him a cake with candles... I will dig out that footage and upload...
Interview the other members, not just Eric, the Animals were a group. Chas screwed up. Why he recommended Michael Jeffrey to manage Jimi makes me mad as heck. Was it because that is all Chas knew? Michael Jeffrey ruined the Animals, for example, over copyright issues. Broke off the organ player, who later did nothing. Michael Jeffrey left the Animals with no money. Michael Jeffrey stole from the Jimi Hendrix Experience. On the verge of being fired as Jimi’s manager, Michael Jeffrey took out a $2 million life insurance policy on Jimi and I believe orchestrated Jimi’s murder. Chas, you screwed up!
Rare chance to see four of the Animals in a very calm setting!
The animals sounded just as good in person as on recordings!
It's a shame all 5 of them couldn't be there. RIP Chas Chandler
House of rising sun - The Animals - is forever!

Alan did not steal the arrangement, but created it, but he took the royalties for himself without sharing it with the group.
But I thought Alan left just because he was scared of flights
Q amo de paixao gostaria de saber dele quando e q ele vem aqui no Brazil
Te amoooo Erick😘
Eric coloque alguém para traduzir sua entrevista. Por favor. Jorge Luiz. De campos dos Goytacazes RJ. Brasil.
Pity Alan was missing. Mind you, I guess he was missing a lot in their hight.
Is the second on the left Alan Price? O Dove Rowberry?
Dave Rowberry.

Makes me sad and angry too, but I suspect there's more to the story, beyond the official version of events.
Michael Jeffrey never got on that plane that crashed
5:32 I'll never know why Dave laughed here
Alan Price is lookin a bit ropey!
