- I can not believe my JDM Import Nissan Gloria project car has come to this stage! All of the hard work has paid off and I can enjoy the small detail of this build that help it be quite a unique project car. This restoration project has been quite a learning experience and I have been thrilled to share my journey with this JDM project car with you all!

But I was watching all your 240 vids again for inspiration, and had I not found your channel a while ago. I'm pretty sure I would've sent it to the crusher. But watching you rebuild the 240 made me wanna rebuild my car!! I'd love to show it to you once it's done, I could send a few pics or something, thanks for being you man, you're a legend!!

What I have learned from TH-cam university on detailing, what they do to detail the back of old emblems before removing, is they put tape on the top of the emblem. Then trace the emblem and body lines on the tape then cut it. Then use the same tape when installing the new emblems.
You can also take a defensive driving course. Some states have it online now. This gives you 10% off insurance and gives a 2 point credit. At least that's how it works here in Delaware. And yes. Dual tip exhaust would be sweet

Gloria plate could be “Revived” or “2 Piece” as a call back to it being 2 Glorias welded to make a pristine looking one, or my last suggestion “CUT IT” as you had to do a lot of that to get the car to where it is

Same here but I've known him through Facebook post turned convo about a year b4 the crash! Mike is the coolest dude to talk to cause he cares and is 100% real and positive! Crazy how far he has come and he deserves it from all his hard work and dedication to love of his cars!

You definitly need to paint the valve cover in the color of the car. Like a glossy finish and the Nissan lettering in brushed silver. That would make the engine bay pop!
And you should really put on a dual tip exhaust. There was nothing like 90‘s cars that had some fat tips on them.
Absolutely love how the Gloria turned out. You’ve got such a killer group of friends who contributed to this thing, and it’s been a blast to watch it come together. The wax made Payton’s paint work even more rad.
NGL she looks sick. Probably has more and better features than present day cars for sure (at least without modding). Keep up the great work and vibes.

I do have to admit, my heart did weep a lil bit when i watch you bash the newly painted arches, but it is not my car. Looks great, I love how the chrome pops with the dark paint. Also, you can get custom made centre caps these days - 3D printing is a godsend with this :)
You should put a plate with your name on it, and one day when the 240 will be done you can park them on the car shows and you have your two best cars with full name on them. 😊

For the exhaust tips, keep it factory, I think keeping that car as close to OEM is the way, no crazy stuff.

Brilliant work there mate! your hard work pays off again. For final paintwork detailing brown vinegar (strangely enough) works better than any else you can buy, this is mentioned from show car detailers I know that have prepared many trophy winning show cars.

just a bit of friendly advice, I rebuilt my SSR Vienna Courages, and I only sealed the outside seam, no seam in between the lips/face. never leaks and it'll be easier to remove in the future. just less work overall
