Ac Units Not Working(STORE HOT)

Notice make up air with no water that doesn’t help out kitchen at all, found ac with tripped breaker checked all electrical along with connections, and motors all ok, replace contactor restarted watched unit run, another ac needed a degreasing and all filters need to be replaced, all unit working best as possible.
