A friend sent me a copy of this with all the bells and whistles and I'm "patiently" waiting for it to come through customs. I'm losing my damn mind waiting for it, thinking watching playthroughs would scratch that itch, but watching the fun you're having is just making it harder! Great playthrough though and you both have a lovely dynamic; here's to the future of your channel, which I hope gets even more traction. Small recommendation? Tank chess; gotta get tank chess for duels, the expansion has some mad stuff and it's rather inexpensive.
@@NerdsoftheWest It's by Forsage Games and you can get it direct from their website, as well as the fun set, which I personally believe to be mandatory purchases. There are some other bits, including a set called "Central Square" though that isn't needed really, though it does make for a nice 3D game. It looks like Forsage ship to Australia if you can't find it in a local store; they're based in Europe and I'm under the impression they ship worldwide. but postage charges are always horrible when it comes from overseas. There is a mod on Tabletop Simulator if you want to have a butchers before buying it. All the best!

Acceptable losses is an awesome gambit! Play it on the first hand when you have two vipers (or at least 1) then you're buying more expensive ships and drawing the cards you have bought more often for the entire game.

Too passive a start. Practically handed the advantage back by not buying the Battle Pod, and also buying the Supply Depot instead of the Battle Mech.

The app makes you addicted to this game. Too many plays. Might buy multi-player soon but find enough enjoyment from the bots.
