Keep up the good work. I lost over 100 lbs naturally and kept off over the years. I started off with colon cleanse, eating healthy, and walking 5 miles/10k steps. My Fitbit is my motivation.

I'm glad I found your channel. I'm about the same weight as you are and I just bought a walking pad. That shakey board looks interesting. I may have to look into getting one of those. Don't worry about other people noticing the 12 pounds. Your heart and other internal organs, as well as your joints, notice the weight loss. Twelve pounds is actually quite a bit of weight. Congratulations on your loss.
Yes, to many changes at once is overwhelming and so working on 1-3 small changes at a time (SMALL) until you got it! Small changes over time lead to HUGE results, but often times it's the "doing" that trips us up. I struggled for so long until I realized I wasn't thinking differently and mindset and identity were a huge component. I addressed the emotional baggage and internal struggles first and then I found that doing things for weight loss wasn't so hard anymore. You inspire me too!!!!! Just not giving up is so huge.
We're so similar! I lost about 130lbs in 2021-2022 with low carb OMAD and mostly walking but I gained 92lbs back and was up to 332 2 days after Christmas. So I decided to go back to OMAD but this time i'm counting macros and I'm using the gym since it's cold outside. I bike and walk and just started using the rowing machine which so far is fun. Anyway i'm 40lbs down so far! So glad to be under 300!!! For the month of March i'm upping my calories b/c they were very low and I don't want my metabolism to adjust too much so my goal is maintenance which is something I need to work on anyway-still doing low carb OMAD though and then for April & May I'll be "cutting" again. I've never tried this before so I hope it works and also kinda trains me on how to maintain. Anyway great job on your journey! It's exciting to see someone who looks like me doing it too. I hope February was kind to you and if not, today's a new day! 🩷
I too have lost my groove and have gained most of my weight back. I decided to start rolling fast tomorrow. I remembered your youtube channel so I came here for some inspiration. Thanks!!! We go girl! 💪🏻
With much love , very humbly! STOP messing with FASTING. Trust me I did too! I started calorie counting hot to eat everyday but within my calorie deficit, Walked and drank water!!! Have been consistently losing every week 3-6lbs! Guys please learn how to eat , what to eat and you CAN do it!
Keep going Beautiful Queen, we as women go through many body changes. But if we commit, stay focused, and most importantly self-love we can do anything we want to accomplish. Keep going 💪🏾🙏🏾💃🏾💐🥰
Omg.....this was so inspiring! I've been trying to get back to recording videos, and I think this format is brilliant! Thank you! Congratulations on the weight loss and keeping up with your goal!
Happy new year I am proud of you 💗 I started taking classes at the gym Zumba and Boot camp classes. I am starting to tone but I don't weigh my self anymore my classes are Monday Wednesday Friday and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I walk I'm glad you are back and you are looking good 👍😊❤ take care
Thanks for sharing. You are a strong person to be real. You encourage me I too need to loose weight but I’m not consistent. I will follow your journey..😊
❤YAH/God BLESS YOU and Your Family and Friends! And keep up the awesome and amazing working on Yourself and on Your body! You can do it! You're an inspiration and motivation for me. Godspeed on Your weight loss and release adipose, journey! ❤
Thanks for the motivation! I was also always super interested in those desk treadmills. I’m glad to see they’ve gone down in price over all these years. Well meanwhile my weight has gone back up 😂 right there with you gal on being back to (higher than) what I started! We can do it 💪 thanks for posting your journey. When I get a new job I hope to get one of those treadmills in a lighter color maybe a white one or pink. Hope your links have that :) thanks!
You have to do what works for you. I’m impressed you do an hour a day, is it broken up or all once? I don’t have the focus or stamina for over 30 on my bike. For now I prefer indoors I limit outside there’s a hill and instead of quitting because of leg pain or having to drive somewhere else I’ve got my bike. I’ve lost 12 lbs I weigh 266 trying to get to around 180. Thanks for your openness.
Thanks for sharing your journey. When it comes to the walking pad did you ever feel uneasy with it? I’m around your starting weight and just concerned about the durability of the walking pad. I’m looking to use it 3-4 times a week. Thanks in advance
I'm truly enjoying your content and am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my walking pad! I too am prioritizing weight loss for now. I do have a quick question. Do you focus on specific calories, protein, etc. amounts when you have your meal of the day?
I'm not focusing on the #s right now. I'm just consuming as much protein as I can with a hefty side of veggies! Im considering counting all my macros next month. Trying not to overwhelm myself.
@TheChristopherFam I totally understand. I struggle with getting in "a lot" of protein, just when I meet the recommendation...exercise increases the amount of protein that was previously recommended 😩
How fast can the walking pad go? Do you feel like this is a good investment for the long term use? Your shake pad, what is the weight capacity? You are literally someone I can follow because I'm starting the same. I trust you on the pad even though the capacity says 300 lbs. Or an I viewing the wrong one?
Do you recommend this walking pad ? I know a lot of people say theirs broke after a few months use 🤔 Amazing video!!! I’ve been out of exercise toooo long and need something to do

My only concern was because I naturally drifted right when i walked, so I needed to train myself to walk straight.
Where’d your walking pad come from?
