I actually spent money on things for my house today. This is super rare. Lol. It felt kinda good. I purchased new sheer curtains for our bedroom, a new tablecloth, and a plug-in lighted vine that I want to put on one of my windows. I also purchased items to make my own bubble bath. I do that regularly though. Don't let anyone make you feel guilty for buying the items you want. At age 74, I think you earned that right.
@@danamissouri making your living space nice can make your home more pleasant. I spend most of my time at home so why not make it nice and the way I like it ☺️
Our electric went out last night, thankfully only for a few hours but my solar generator/power packs sure came in handy, along with my battery charged motion sensory lights. We also have a wood stove for back up and a wood pellet stove. The pellet stove requires electric for the fan, so I just plugged in my smaller Jackary power pack. So thankful that the crew got the power back on at 2 am. Started my day going to the dentist, I really wanted to stay home in my PJs. It was -6 actual temp. I'm so over the cold but so thankful for a warm home. After all of this I decided to treat myself and go to TJ Maxx and Goodwill. Bought some really nice candles on clearance for $2.00 and $ 3.00 each. Then on to Goodwill where I picked up a few nice summer T-shirts for $2.99 each.

So sorry you're not feeling well! I agree with the idea of talking to a dietician and/or a holistic practitioner. But be prepared to go on a whole foods diet. Your current diet is extremely high in histamine (processed foods and some others like mushrooms and all fermented foods etc). Most all our histamine receptors are located in the stomach and can be greatly aggravated by food causing all of your described conditions. I found that out the hard way several years ago. You can research or Google "whole, low histamine foods diet".
