As much as I respect Glenn's opinion about the music, as a future Aviation Maintenance Technician (in school now) and hopefully a future builder myself, I really prefer when you narrate the videos. I learn so much from your descriptions of what you're doing and why you're doing it. I'm not criticizing, just telling you what I prefer. Either way, I really look forward to each and every one of your videos...I just hope you enjoy making them as much as I enjoy watching them.
I appreciate that Geoffrey! I just felt like mixing up the workflow a little and try one without narration with more video detail, just to see how it might be received. Wrenching on aircraft has blessed my family👍 You picked a good career path and I can tell you’ve got the passion to back it up and see it through. Thanks for commenting sir..
Nice one - strangely satisfying relaxing music whilst paying close attention to the assembly, I like how Rans decided not to cheep out, and instead used needle roller bearings for the aileron ark pivot, I expect many a manufacturer would have used nylon bushes and called it good, Question I'm assuming your using wheel bearing grease, what sort of service life should that give before being disassembled / cleaned /inspected / re-grease and re-assembled? would that be a scheduled item or "on inspection"? Cheers From DownUnder.
Love it. The controls seem smooth and the tolerances seem perfect. Can’t wait for the next video. Still loving the green glow.
Your installation of the Red Cube fuel xducer is textbook perfect!
Thanks! I think it turned out handy right there since I didn’t need to run another wire through the firewall..

Thanks Glenn! I suspect it’ll be an as needed item for me. Get eyes on it every 12 months and add grease as needed.
