Hi, when I plug my soundsport wireless on the charger. It doesn't charge or show the light indicator but I noticed it gets hot when plugged in . Can that be a battery board issue or is it the battery?

how do yo identify the problem?
i was using mines as regular and they run out of batter afterwords when i put them to charged as usually the green light turned on as if they were completly charged. but they dont turn on
