Just a few words to say that 1. I love your content so keep up the good work. 2. I love your IS 500 (I have a white one too) 3. I have just subscribed and finally, while I respect that we all have things we like and such, personally, I prefer OEM wheels but this is not meant as coming across as a hater, just giving you my opinion :)
I love that bro. Thank you for being kindly candid about your opinion. Ive said this as well. That everyone has their likes and dislikes so I expect that. But the way you came across is gentlemanly, kind and respectful. I sincerely appreciate that, sir. Thank you.
I agree 100%, use the current center caps until the replacements come in. Ignore anyone who says otherwise, because riding around without anything is not an option! Let those kids with hoopties rock that game. This is a Lexus, not a ghetto-mobile. 😎
Why thank you very much sir! I really appreciate the support! That is actually why I chose the color that I chose for the wheels. The ultra white just popped so much harder!
Glad you finally got them installed - what a journey that has been for you and still going with the center caps! I saw a “Tom’s” decal on the front in a previous video - do you have their air filter or any aftermarket filter installed? If so, do you like and notice any difference? Check engine light?
Thank you for the support, Chris. Yeah, it was definitely a trip. As far as the Toms Parts, I only have that front spoiler. It actually was for a 350F. I bought it from a private seller on EBay. No CEL with the any exhaust mods ive done so far. Intake is still stock.
Bro, you have no idea how many times I just wanted to say, "Forget it. I just want my money back." Kinda feel the same way now....then I look in the garage at what Edwin and I did, then I say, "Yeah, it's worth it."😂
@@Hyper_Boost I had the same problem a few years back buying some speakers from a distributor as well and man you are right it almost makes it sweeter in the end
Yup. Edwin said that his wheel dealer told him to look at these guys because they had what we were looking for. But unfortunately, it turned out the way it did
Ok, I'm going to address the nature of these wheels and center caps and why Im rocking VS vs OS wheel caps

@@Hyper_Boost Right on. 👍🏽 💪🏽

What lowering kit did u use? And can u share the specs of the tires.. tnx
Lowered with Swift SpecR springs. The wheels specs are:
19x8.5 +30 with a 2.5mm hubcentric spacer to clear the BBK. Rear: 19x9.5 +35
Hi im from philippines i own a lexus is 300h.. do i need a hub centric ring if i change my wheels to volk rays? And lug nuts?
ALWAYS use hubcentric rings, bro. Its keeps the wheels centered and vibration-free. No matter the wheel brand, use hub rings.
@@Hyper_Boost noted.. thanks sir
Man what a headache, hope you got a good price on them to make up for the trouble!

@Bkalldayy314 Right? It somehow like "victory". But lesson learned. I told Edwin to not order from that distributor anymore.🤣 What a PITA!
Sounds like this vendor is someone to stay away from until they can clean up their internal processes.
