Thanks! its very difficult to picture the facial bones and ethmoid and sphenoid bones. I think it helps to picture which bones make up the various cavities from an inside perspective (nasal cavity, mouth, orbits, crainial cavity).

As a kid I was playing with another kid so he run and opened the door and slammed the door on my nose omg... I can't begin to describe you how much it hurt, the pain was unbearable and I feared that my heart was going to stop, extremely painful, I know he didn't do it on purpose but I get mad whenever I think about it, diagnosis: nasoethmoid fracture but luckily none deformity of the external nose
