Priorities in this yard were to address some grading, remove some old and overgrown shrubs and add in a water feature. With the patio being in great shape the pavers can be re-used in a new configuration that keeps the patio slightly closer to the house. The placement of the water feature has been designed for views of it from the house , deck and of course the patio too. The mature trees around the perimeter created a gorgeous backdrop for this patio enhancement and a couple of spots will have some new additions to fill in some gaps.
Along with the visible changes there is also grading being done to provide peace of mind knowing that the water will drain away from the house.
