When I went pop hunting late at night at walmarts, there were a bunch of balloon boys, but every single one was messed up! The balloons were bent and the boxes were a little messed up. Good thing we found the best possible one at a different walmart XD
Have you given the hair dryer trick a try to get the sticker off the top? Just be careful not to overheat since you don't want to burn the packaging, but usually a little heat works wonders I've found.
