Away from the touristy streets lined with restaurants, you can find local eateries catering to Mostar locals serving up some steaming and traditional Bosnian food. P.S. But you forgot to order a delicacy, typical for Hercegovina! It's called Smokvara, a very sweet fig dessert, something you won't try anywhere in the world!

Bosnian food is the best
The sweet dish that you tried, Hurmasica, is available all over Bosnia, but the sweet dish called Smokvara can only be found in Mostar and its surroundings. It is made from local figs that grow in the area. Near Mostar there is a town called Jablanica, there by the river Neretva there are several restaurants that sell lamb as a specialty for several hundred whole lambs a day. Be sure that it will be the best lamb you've ever tasted :-)

And one minor thing, I hear you pronounce burek as "Bew rek" but the correct pronunciation is "boo rek"
just a question of time until your channel gets more attention, just be careful about the background music, I didnt enjoy it too much at the beginning.

@@MrAGAPE86 I live in that country too,Herzegovina is a geographic region within Bosnian state. It used to be called Kingdom of Bosnia. Back in the day Herzegovina was called "Hum" but it changed its name after the ruler of Herzog Stjepan Kosaca in the high medieval age. So yeah. Saying Herzegovina is not in Bosnia is like saying Dalmatia is not in Croatia.
