Awesome job Tom, the music cracked me up, had to watch it again. The red mullet was such a pretty fish. Supposed to be really good eating, but I've never had one big enough. Take care mate👍👍🎣
You mentioned tuna! Fishing on Sparton out of Weymouth on Saturday 9th, a 6ft ish Tuna jumped clear out of the water about 300 yards behind the boat, amazing sight. Great day, 59 black bream between 6 anglers (not counting the ones we put back), congers, dogs and squid, thanks skipper Mark.
Nice too see you and wayne aka the leg end😂 back together again always enjoy watching both of you and we'll done on the red mullet stunning fish can't wait for next video stay safe & tight lines
You and Wayne have got to get us a mad tuna, somehow, haha,as you've nailed most stuff, yes Wayne's the chesil guru, shit hot, there's tuna out there, can you guys do it,haha, is it possible???,got to be good for the larf, haha, great vid, well.done guys,.
As much as I'd love to, we're not actually allowed. After seeing the tuna jump when I was there with Darren, I emailed IFCA (who, in turn, asked the senior body to them), and unfortunately, targeting tuna from the shore is currently prohibited 😢
Excellent Tom and Wayne , love to catch a cod of any description , like the crabs you sent in the direction of the Isle of Wight as that worked so well can you point those cod over here to !! 😂 Great video see you on the next one 😎🎣👍🏼
Nice little session there ,I just can’t bring myself to head there rather watch Wayne hit it all the time and watch his videos ,nice one on the red mullet and codling and the titty cakes 👊👍
Hello, thanks for the sub and for commenting. Always appreciated 😁 In this video I am using my Veret Syria 435, which is a 2 piece rod with a hybrid tip, perfect for 150 and 175g leads. The other rod is a Veret Eclisseo 4.4 (sadly now discontinued), a 3 piece rod, again with hybrid tip, perfect with 110 and 150g leads.
These NE winds and high pressure are making things tough at the moment. You caught a few fish though, in lovely conditions to be outside. There'll definitely be worse sessions!
That's a great question 🤔 Being a politician, I'm going to answer your question with a question... if you're not fishing through weed (kelp beds, etc, not floating loose weed), why use a weedless? For me, it just comes down to what lure I'm wanting to fish. If it happens to be a Savage Gear V2 sandeel because they're tough, durable and work in that given situation then I'll use that. If I need something much slower and softer, then a Black Minnow or a Megabass Spindle Worm with a weedless, weightless hook may be the order of the day. These selections are regardless of the weedless aspect of the lure, they just happen to be the right lure for that situation. If I'm fishing somewhere with rough conditions or riping tide, a tougher lure will be my choice. If it's very subtle presentation I'm looking for then a softer lure will be my pick. I hope some of that makes sense?
Tom *AND* Wayne at the same time; eye-candy overload 😍
🤣🤣🤣 Can I perhaps recommend Specsavers?
😂
Brilliant…The sea angling world’s Pet Shop Boys are back 😍🎣🎶
🤣🤣🤣 More like a cross between ZZ Top and Right Said Fred
@ 😂😂
Awesome video again tom and it's brilliant to watch you and Wayne 🎣👍
Thank you Ian. I love fishing with Wayne. We always have a moan that we don't do it enough!

Hey matey. The scene with Wayne waddling over to music had me laughing, too! I'm surprised he's still talking to me! 🤣
Yep, Red Mullet the high spot🙌
Excellent as always👍
The look on my face when that popped out the water says it all! Stunning little things!
Well done lads. Thourghly enjoyable session. Cheers Paul 👏👏🎣🎣🎣
Thanks Paul. It was a very enjoyable day. A few less dogs and a few more bream and it would have been almost perfect. More pout too, obviously.
My top 2 TH-camrs in one place, great banter, great editing and super fishing., can't do much about the dogs usually, but you both found a way.
Thanks mate 😁
It's always a pleasure to fish with Wayne.

That sounds like an awesome session and amazing to see the tuna too.
A real pleasure to watch, as always. That red mullet was stunning. I'm still amazed by the diversity and beauty of the UK's species.
Thank you, mate. We are blessed with a wonderful array of species here.
Nice one on the red mullet Tom. Cheers for another vid to watch. All the best from GRIMSBY
Hey Carl. Thanks for watching, mate.
Brilliant video, enjoyed yours as well as the bearded legend cheers ❤
Thank you, mate. I've just got home, so will be putting his video on now. Look forward to watching it.
Wish Chesil was closer for me, what a venue! Great watch once again Tom. All the best mate!
Thank you, mate. Hope you're well and catching everything.
@@christchurchanglingcentre5428 It's a little slow right now but still managing to pull a few out, thanks!
@thesweetcornkid266 good man. These NE winds and high pressure have really taken their toll on the fishing.
Great video Tom. Nice red mullet but I think the highlight was Wayne’s intro music, very funny 🙂
That made me chuckle when I did that. 🤣
Always good to watch your videos Tom and a bonus is fishing with Wayne....imagine he is a good bait for Dogs
He certainly attracted a few that day! 🤣🤣
Nice too see you and wayne aka the leg end😂 back together again always enjoy watching both of you and we'll done on the red mullet stunning fish can't wait for next video stay safe & tight lines
Thanks mate. I was so happy when that red mullet popped out the water!

I cried a little bit when I watched that back 😣😥😮
@christchurchanglingcentre5428 🤣😂🤣😂 congrats on the redmullet, if you'd of said, I would've sent you my grey Gurnard rig 😂🤣😂🤣
Damn it! If only I'd known. Can you send me one anyway? If you can catch one on it, it must be a miracle rig... 🤣😱

Brilliant video, we tried chesil last night... tough one, 3 dogs 1 small huss, one strap and a pout between 2 of us in 6 hrs😭

I’m sure I’ve told you before about talking to strangers on the beach 🤦♂️. And you need help with your obsession with pout 😂😂. Well done though 👌🐟🎣
When you say I need help, do you mean I should catch more?? I agree fully. More pout is the answer to most of the worlds problems.
@ See what I mean, now you want to catch more of them 🤦♂️😂😂🐟🎣
Hi Tom , sandeel and shad lures question , if the weedless lures hook the fish well , why bother with the normal non weedless lures ?? All the best 👍
That's a great question 🤔

@christchurchanglingcentre5428 yep see your point , thanks for answering 👍
Would you rather…..hold the UK shore record for Pout or 15lb cod on film? Tough one…
Pout. That's the least tough question anyone has ever asked me. That's like saying, "Would you like to win the lottery or find a fiver". 🤣🤣
@ 😂😂
CODLING
Codling to you, too 🤣🤣
Are you big or is wayne small?
Oh, I'm enormous, just ask my wife.
Are you fishing.?.🤡.no im playing golf 🎣🧐
No! Fishing should always come first! 🤣
