Evening young Wayne. Well worth the wait. It's seeing a sunrise like that surrounded by nature and the quiet apart from the waves lapping on the shore that feeds your soul. It's a real treat and a privilege to be able to share time with you and feel part of your fishing adventures. Lol I had to laugh when you said about your equipment letting you down.🤣🤣🤣. Beautiful fish there Wayne. Would love a couple of those this weekend. Don’t worry about the mic problems, it’s still a great video. Conditions look awful for the Holderness coast this weekend, but I can always fish the Humber which will be less vicious! As for the stag chilli, go for the dynamite version, it’s much better! Not quite so pleasant the next day, but certainly warms you up! As for the noodles, Shin cups have much more of a kick, plus they have some actual substance to them. Take care of yourself buddy and I’ll catch you on the next one.

Love it. I was out on my kayak in Portland Harbour just the other side of the shingle. Such a beautiful sun rise. I’m still after the elusive cod. Off to Sussex tomorrow to catch some flatties

Do you have a couple of Sherpas lugging all that gear or do you have a trolley (show us your trolley?), I'm thinking of converting and old golf trolley specifically for Chesil. Hi Wayne do you prefer multipliers to fixed spool reels I only ask as I can get roughly the same distance myself but prefer multipliers as I'm a bit of a purist I feel multipliers are a bit more special to use just a feeling if you know what I mean cheers ray
Multis Ray, I absolutely love them and I think they look smart, I find fixed spools clumpy

Wayne watch a lot of your videos and I generally hit the like button. You’re very lucky to be able to fish Chesil so regularly. There is a lot of talk about fish care in most fishing videos from yours and other fishing channels . Not impressed with you dragging the dogfish over the stones. They are an integral part of the eco system and although I know they can be annoying when anglers are fishing for cod and other species most anglers are delighted to catch them in match conditions. Dogfish deserve the same respect as pin whiting large cod/bass congers or any other fish whether you keep them for the table or put them back! Other than that keep the videos coming, some great tips and content for us mere amateurs!!👍🎣🎣🎣
Hey mate, I can tell you my fish care is right up there, dogfish are tough as boots, and they all go back just fine. They can be upsetting when they ruin days fishing, but they deserve to be in the sea. I only pulled it 20 yards, but I get your point. I did, however, drag it 90 yards with a hook in its head. All fish need to be handled with care but the dog is a tough fish they feed off the bottom and the stones so the sea bashes them but all respectful sea fisherman like Wayne and others would never disrespect the fish intentionally its the tinsel tossers that come here on holiday that have no respect for the fish bud
I reckon by the tinsel tossers you mean people the fish with feathers? I personally don’t see anything wrong with that provided the bring all the rubbish home with them . Not everyone like I said can afford expensive bait . I can’t do I dig my own or collect it and I’m 62 and I’ve been doing that since I was a kid . If you watch what Wayne titles his best video he thought he had a codling but when he realises it’s a dog fish he calls it a bastard a decker and turns his back on it rod pointing back to the water and hand pulls the fish up the beech calls it a pesky so and so and then reply’s to my comment which he asks you to comment on and says he hates dogfish! Not a great example to young anglers! That’s all bud . When he say’s our target fishing it’s not our target species, it’s his. Got to learn to take the rough with the smooth. We all struggled at times to catch certain fish but you always have to remember we are lucky to be able to get out to fish! Bud!!!!
