    Linda, thank you so much for posting this. I'm trying to take a more active role in healing from my complex trauma, and this video was SO helpful.
    I think I'm going to try to make these a habit and bring it up to my therapist next week! :)

    Hi Linda. Thank you so very much for your beautiful meditations. I’m in such appreciation of the help you have provided for me during a time when grief has re-emerged in my life. I’m a 62 year old woman who has had many experiences and struggles with grief as well as illness. Trauma’s very early in life. I’m working on body, mind, spirit and I continue to get relief as well as some nights with better sleep.
    It’s a difficult and lonely time, but I have kept hope in my heart that each day, if I can find moments of peace, someday I’ll have lasting peace. Even if trauma, old, new arises.

    I got mugged last night and I'm worrying so much and re-living the experience in my mind; it was so traumatising. I needed something like this before sleep. I send my love and best wishes to anyone going through any tough times at the moment. We don't need any unnecessary stress or rubbish in our lives. I know we just have to keep thinking that there ARE good, honest, and true people out there. 💞🙏

    Thank you for using your gift to help us with issues we face on a daily basis. It's been 11 years since I faced my trauma of sexual assault and while I have many amazing days there are days like today that I break down crying over it all. I'm not sure if women ever fully heal from rape (I know we are forever changed) but having people who share their gifts with us such as you have Linda, really is a blessing.

    Dearest Linda, we've gone into lockdown, as of last night. I live with my parents who have Aspergers (I'm not their carer), like everyone, I'm finding it really hard. There's no discussion of feelings or emotions, just coldness and my Dad induced a panic attack in me last Tuesday as he was so aggressive. He's understandably frightened, but I'm not sure I can cope with this much isolation for 3 weeks. Touch, warmth, hugs all make me feel safe...ive been though so many emotions this week and eczema has flared up on my face. I just feel like the trauma of my Dad and what's going on out there are having such a stressy impact on me. Like everyone, all the things I had, exercise classes, salsa, writing group...everything that gave me respite from here, have all stopped, within 2 days. I think I'm in shock and have shut down a lot. Thank you for being so supportive. Love this meditation xx

    Linda, I have just recently found your videos or I think they found me when I was feeling at such a loss to what was happening in within myself. Trauma was surfacing and I was so overwhelmed I had the feeling I couldn't take much more. After watching just one of your videos, I was able to surrender and recenter and understand with full comprehension that same day what was unfolding and that I was clearing past trauma and stepping forward into a energy. I'm right in this place and calm and centered now. Thank you for making this your life service. I appreciate you SO much. I had the feeling you were speaking to me as my higher self and therefore I was able to come into that place. Sending Love back to you.

    Thank you so much for this. Within 6 months, my dog passed away, my mom broke her hip, while she was in the hospital, I was helping care for my dad and he passed from a heart attack in front of me, then my husband abandoned me for my best friend.
    It’s been a rough year to say the least and now all the legal mess of a divorce is happening.
    I hope this meditation helps. Please say a prayer for me.

It's a very individual thing as to how often you practice it, I suggest you see what works for you, perhaps start with once daily for a few days, then every other day, then once every few days, and until you just do it whenever you feel the need. 💖

    In total shock. The car broke down twice up until 12am fixing in the dark then everything running of the home is out of sync and late. Then I made the mistake of phoning my narc mother I've gone low contact I've not phoned in weeks I spent the last 3 days doing meditation eating healthy trying to relax whilst catching up. And it feel almost like in the last 10 mins it was almost all undone!!! Not dwelling on that. This is such a helpful video

    Thank you so much, i am listening to this while driving to my hometown after a night of abuse from my, i wish, ex partner forever. It was my first got physical abuse from someone that i truly love. Just while driving home i saw that i kinda want to faint or something, just felt extremely bad, shaking, i saw its ptsd, i never had it like this before, then i found this video and it helped me relax more and be in the moment. I never thought that i will ever experience what i did tonight. And i wish for people to heal. Thank you again 🙏💚

    How to move around in this world without fear? For me totally impossible, dont know why. Started after traumatic year at school when i was 16. Sinds then i havent been one day without this anoying scary fear someone could attack me....i find comfort in these meditations but still so difficult to live like this. Would be do nice to feel myself safe and love again.

      Lovelies aromas, your words touched me deeply and my heart goes out to you. Post traumatic stress syndrome heals in time with the right support in place. I encourage you to get as much support as you can with this. Reassure yourself that it's just your body's way of trying to keep you safe. Self-soothe and be very kind and gentle with yourself.     I didn't know, retirement was going to kill me. I knew i loved my job and was the source of friendships, structure and purpose in my life. I thought it would be what everyone has claimed it was. Happy ever after.?
    I suffer with horrible regret, guilt and apathy now. Its caused unbearable stress, insomnia, anxiety and severe depression. I hate myself for foolishly leaving the job I loved. Depression is unbearable 😞

I feel so destroyed, only I can feel and know. I've never felt this level of depression, anxiety, fear.. ever before. It somehow has taken my interests in everything away. I can't enjoy every the simple things I used to. Also, the extreme stress, sleep deprivation has damaged my eyesight, my vision went very bad. 😢..It's like nothing has any meaning. I also don't feel happiness, or pleasure?.. I used to really enjoy working out at the gym everyday, and swim everyday before work. Now I don't do anything. It's like my work was my inspiration for everything I did. Hobbies included. ... Thank you again for your meditations, and caring for me. Please do a meditation, speaking about the pain we feel, and validation . ⚘️🫶

      Affirmations are such a personal thing hew195050, I completely understand if mine don't feel right for you. Use your own words instead. Some people find it helps to insert "I am open to.." before an affirmation. Also, the trick with affirmations is to say them AS IF you believe them. Hope this helps and that you find one of my other meditations supportive.

    Beautiful, 🌷 thank you. I'm new to this channel. A very soothing voice and good pace.🕊 The only tiny thing I would change would be to leave out the phrase ' I am healing ' - this jarred me as it took me out of 'now' and the steadiness & back into 'story' - the implication of healing being a transitory (time-based) experience
    Other than that it was helpful, thank you for caring 🌷🌷🌷
