    It is absolutely exquisite! Allowing me to visit and release the afternoon pain, tension and some emotions. It's a perfect meditation for Fatigue and Fybromyalgia, very gentle and soothing!

      @@LindaHallguidedmeditation could you do another grief meditation please? I lost my 20 year old cat yesterday and I am struggling. I know it's just a cat but he has been my companion for 20 years. I do miss the face to face meditation you did a few years ago - are you going to do that again? Thank you x
