How demand is out there for one million plus for one bed condos? I gotta think the buyer pool is very small especially with rates going up making such leverage more expensive.

Surprisingly large - important to consider that there are already resale buildings seeing 800K-1.1M for 1 beds in Toronto. Gehry is not a commodity project, similar to the King Toronto or One Delisle launch, the buyers of these types of projects aren't typically too concerned with price per ft.

God it's ugly reminds me of a Blade runner 4th version and the reality that nature is behing distroyed so fast. I absolutely can't stand these buildings that look like half finished Jenga games. What's even worse is that they're all draped in blue glass. Zero creativity, zero originality, just pure lazy and boring design.
Toronto: A corporate wasteland devoid of any personality.

At least it will be the tallest Gehry Towers and better looking then the Gehry LA condo office buildings
