Maybe try to collab with LinusTechTips for a storage server. Linus is crazy about storage and you need a good server. It would be so much amazing to see you and linus in a the same video.
TheGamerRespow Wanted to chime in on the storage situation, too. Honestly Linus isn't the guy if you want to have a safe storage solution. I really like his videos, but the server stuff (for me) always looked like balls to the walls, but janky at the same time. My recommendation would be to look for someone with a background in server administration and talk to Supermicro for some nice hardware.
TheGamerRespow true that. I converted to a server last year for all my projects and it's been game changing. Have every computer linked at high speed and it's made work much much easier and safer (triple redundant). I've been meaning to show Devin.
When you mentioned brands wanting to come to the office, I thought about why there is not a dedicated room for meeting people that represent those brands. Just a small room with a table and maybe 7 or 8 chairs and some decorations on the walls, for example some of the pictures that you have hanging up already or possible pictures from other videos that have been produced. Maybe a prop or 2 in a small display case.
The MAAGICC room!! man it's my dream!! we can see how much love you have for your entire office and it's inspiring, it feels like it's the results of so much hard work!!! Congrats Devin and I hope I'll cross you in my adventures one day and who knows, maybe be part of one of your amazing videos!! Cheers!
Nice to see people moving up in the world. I remember I started watching you guys after someone on my FB posted a year in review video from you (probably 2-3 years ago) and I've been a fan ever since. Keep up the work.
Definitely agree with the server installation, get a server rack and lock all that data up! Mostly I just wanted to post and say that I watch all of your videos and absolutely love them! I'm super jealous that you found a way to make a living that you are so passionate about, especially with how much fun it seems to be! Keep em' coming.
POOL TABLE IS A MUST and you have enough room to fit it. I've have had a lot of good ideas while playing billiards, and great conversations with people.
Dude! I loved this sooo much!!! I've been a long time admirer of your brilliant work, but as a dreamer and a movie maker, the opportunity to study your work and your ethic is priceless. Thank you so much for willingly sharing your glass house. Much love from one authentic brother to another. 🤙🏼
Thanks for the behind the camera view of the office. It was a great job. Love your enthusiasm even when talking about the office layout. Cool how you give shout out to companies that are not asking. Also cool that you shop at Costco. Great company to its employees and customers.
you actually used the wrong term. Sound insulation is preventing it from propagating through the wall, AKA soundproofing. What you mean is he needs to add acoustic foam or blankets to the walls to simply deaden the reverberation.
Badass Unicorn that is exactly why I typed "or blankets" My point was that whoever said sound insulation was wrong because that would not reduce the echo by even 0.01%. Sound insulation is what you do to the internal wall structure to prevent sound waves from propagating out to the outside. To reduce echo and make things sound better and quieter, you need to add materials that absorb sound. Duh.
Badass Unicorn if you ever had any experience playing music in any practice or recording studio you would know that it is typical to add blankets or carpets on the walls
I sold my trashcan mac and built hackintosh. Best hardware decision ever!! if you want to try it you should do it now! its so much faster to edit in FCPX
Congratulation's on how far you've come. Love the office, especially those desks. I've used standup desks before and found myself to be more productive when stood up. Nowadays, I live out of a 46 litre backpack, so, no place to set up a space like that!
Just started my own video and editing business. This is exactly what I am after. I love the lighting on the shelving. I'm definitely getting those now... ha! Impressive job sir, your hard work is truly paying off. I hope I can say the same for myself one day.
I suggest a Jenga station somewhat in reach of a coffee pot. Maybe also have two versions. The second version using oversized blocks in the corner off the floor, with a ladder. Lightweight blocks. Let clients play to lighten mood, discuss creative, and have fun. Everyone knows how to play! Cheers. Cool crib!
Loved the tour, thanks, Devin! Maybe some area carpeting in some areas (aside from just the TV/meeting area), or some sound dampening panels on the walls to help with the sound. I'm thinking of people editing, on a call, etc not having so much sound bouncing off the walls and floor. LOVE that gear room and the lights integrated with the shelving!
It's amazing to see how far you've taken your channel in such a short amount time! It's very inspiring for anyone wanting to do video work as a career. :)
I agree with many of the comments down here, you definitely need to fix the sound resonance of your office and it's emptyness ! One good way to do it is to have wayyyy more furniture and to arrange the office differently. Installing all the work stations in line is a huge mistake, you should make an area (central island) of work stations and partition it from the rest of the room with furniture or removable partitions. Then put some other stuff to make it less empty, plants, storage cabinets, carpets, lights (the only ceiling light is awfull). Have a look on other startup offices on the internet or call an interior designer if you are not inspired. Finally, only 3 windows for this huge surface is not enough, I wouldn't like to work here I think. Besides these arrangement issues, it's a cool setup tho.
Great video Devin. I like the use of the steadicam so you can easily move around in the tour. I think it would have been cool to see some people actually working while you were giving the tour. I don't think anything was missing though.
I think you are missing me as a co-worker haha.. one day I will have a filming career like this! Keep doing what you are doing! I love every video you guys put out :)
love what you do. while watching we could hear a lot of echo in the office as you talked. Sound boards on the walls would help a lot with this. Design and artistic looks can be achieved with sound boards as well. In otherwords you can create a cool look while taking care of the echo problem. Look forward to more great stuff.
devingraham if you ever want a Network Specialist to come out and get you guys all set up, let me know. If you need a reference, talk to Christian Busath about me. Plus I have a cool video idea I'd love to throw the idea at you to get some pointers.
David Pierson servers aren't only for virtual machines, they can be used in the same way he does his storage, but with higher speeds and can also be used for some software as a rendering farm, so they aren't relying on individual machines rendering the footage.
Congrats on the new office! If you really sat in a hammock all day long you would probably still be working out of your home. I think your office space could use a couple of nice skateboarding ramps.
Vanilla Coce, best beverage in the world! Weird and unhealty, but I can't live without it. ;-) You're now officially awarded with the "best office in the world" badge. :-D
Awesome video. We are editing at home in our living room for starters and hope to grow and have our Office... Very entertaining and we are happy that you and your team are successful. Tony & Laura
Central storage for all the computers. It will save LOTS of time by not having to copy from system to system or moving small raid systems around. Take a look at Open Drives and G-Tech has some interesting media centric NAS boxes now as well. It seems you might a relationship with them already.
I LOVE THE LIGHTS ON THOSE SHELVES! I'm def. gonna get me some of those! Also, I think it'd be an awesome idea to have a huge Trampoline in the center! why? because you're sitting all day, even if u stand up the blood isn't rushing through like how a Trampoline would. and hover boards? you're just leaning here and there. so yeah, Trampoline! it gets the blood pumping, the heart racing, and it helps with creating even more innovative ideas. :] loved the tour! once again, you have motivated and inspired me even more. thank you!!!!
Unsure if mentioned, but Cipher locks on the doors. More security, considering the crazy $$$ you have in gear. Perhaps also, a nice Server and local domain setup. That way you can have a hardware firewall, NAS, or SAN, and the total integration of your entire team's network would be so much better. !
You definitely need to do something about those acoustics! I would go mad if I were to work in an office where every word I say would have a ten second reverb tail! Other than that it's a dope office, well done!! :-)
Great! Watching your videos is always an adventure. I love the blob, the slip n slide off the cliff in Lake Powel and the water ski jouring. Keep it up, and if I have some sugggestions, i"ll contact you.
Sit/Stand desks are the way to go. Sitting all day is dangerous and there's data coming out now that attributes some diseases to just sitting too much. Start the revolution and demand a stand up desk at your work if you have a job behind a desk all day.
Finally filmed an office tour! What do you think we still need?! :)
hi frand
devingraham a zip line.
More cameras! (Can u make a video were u show what supplies u do to make it ex: cameras
devingraham you need to keep on pumping out those Epic Videos 👍
Devin- will you give me some constructive critism on my vids?
The office could use some sound dampening material.
does he record in it though?
Maybe try to collab with LinusTechTips for a storage server. Linus is crazy about storage and you need a good server. It would be so much amazing to see you and linus in a the same video.

TheGamerRespow Yeah, I was virtually asking Devin where all of his servers are!!!!
true but dedicated storage servers are better then buying loads of NAS boxes
TheGamerRespow good one
TheGamerRespow true that. I converted to a server last year for all my projects and it's been game changing. Have every computer linked at high speed and it's made work much much easier and safer (triple redundant). I've been meaning to show Devin.
You need plants or flowers for sure... look for some huge room plants who don't need to much sun or much support (just 1x a week to water them).
Devin, you should do a video where you introduce everyone on your team! Or maybe you have already and I just haven't found it yet.
I love collaborative spaces like this, it's so important so that you stay creative and open to input. Great office.
Cool setup man. But the whole video I was itching to send an interior designer/decrator down your way.
I have a studio space that I barely use. This inspired me to make mine more fun and productive. Thanks for getting those ideas flowing!
Maybe a prop or 2 in a small display case.
my word... to be working with you guys in that environment sounds like the DREAM!! Really cool office and setup!
Cheers!
You should make a video of you guys just having fun in your office. Looks like the best place ever!
Nice to see people moving up in the world.
I remember I started watching you guys after someone on my FB posted a year in review video from you (probably 2-3 years ago) and I've been a fan ever since.
Keep up the work.
I now have a much bigger respect for your work! I love the office, it's incredible. Dreaming of an office studio like this!
Definitely agree with the server installation, get a server rack and lock all that data up! Mostly I just wanted to post and say that I watch all of your videos and absolutely love them! Val Yuno you beat me to it. the echo is insane
I sold my trashcan mac and built hackintosh. Best hardware decision ever!! if you want to try it you should do it now! its so much faster to edit in FCPX
Your office is so cool!!!
I really love your office. Hopefully my office is like this with so much rooms. You get me lots of idea to renovate my office soon. Thanks bruh!
definitely need some acoustic treatment in the main work areas. thanks for the tour... very inspiring!
Congratulation's on how far you've come. Love the office, especially those desks. I've used standup desks before and found myself to be more productive when stood up. Nowadays, I live out of a 46 litre backpack, so, no place to set up a space like that!

A 4K projector 😊 to view back your films in a bigger scale than the TV
The only thing missing, in my opinion, is a skateboard ramp! Totally cool office! Love those desks!

Cool crib!
Hi Devin,
You could add some "Strasbourg Knacks" (from my countryside...) in your refrigerator !
... I loved this Inside look !
Thanks Devin,
Phil
Couple classic arcade cabinets would rock.
9:47 Was legendary. Its better than a candy store.
Rocking those flip flips Devin!
we recently got a arri m18 light at my school and boi what a beast! you should get one to their AMAZING!
That's so sick! Those desks are awesome! Love the set up!
This is wonderland for me.. I can only imagine
It's amazing to see how far you've taken your channel in such a short amount time! It's very inspiring for anyone wanting to do video work as a career. :)

Your office is so cool.😊
Need some 2wheelboards from Australia in the mix . Keep up the good work guys
You need a lunch room everyone loves food when working... 😂
haha, there is a lunch room that the whole building shares :)
devingraham last
devingraham u r great mann
Thanks man! Love it!!
Your office is better than Tony Stark's (Iron Man).
Looks great man!
Congratulations!
Great video Devin. I like the use of the steadicam so you can easily move around in the tour. I think it would have been cool to see some people actually working while you were giving the tour. I don't think anything was missing though.
Love these office tours. TLD Today posted one this week too :) Get more furniture. Feels a bit empty even with all that awesome gear in there.
I think you are missing me as a co-worker haha.. one day I will have a filming career like this! Keep doing what you are doing! I love every video you guys put out :)
I noticed Cinechopper's office across from yours. That's sweet.
just amazing...hes living a dream
You're missing an internship program ;) Really cool space! But seriously though, would an internship be something you would ever look into doing?
Been waiting so long for this
i like the "magic everyday" :) you're an inspiration to all filmmakers. you're an epic bro, God bless your team!
love what you do. while watching we could hear a lot of echo in the office as you talked. Sound boards on the walls would help a lot with this. Design and artistic looks can be achieved with sound boards as well. In otherwords you can create a cool look while taking care of the echo problem. Look forward to more great stuff.
You need a server and not 4+ different systems 😅😃
Haha, true that! :)
If you need some advice pay a visit to r/datahoarder on Reddit.
devingraham if you ever want a Network Specialist to come out and get you guys all set up, let me know. If you need a reference, talk to Christian Busath about me. Plus I have a cool video idea I'd love to throw the idea at you to get some pointers.
A server to do what? Run virtual computers? Very impractical in my personal opinion. Their setup is fine how it is.
David Pierson servers aren't only for virtual machines, they can be used in the same way he does his storage, but with higher speeds and can also be used for some software as a rendering farm, so they aren't relying on individual machines rendering the footage.
Good stuff Devin, you deserve it!
Love your office Devin. It's awesome!
Very interesting video! Thanks Devin :) And thanks to the whole team for producing such amazing videos!! :)
Congrats on the new office! If you really sat in a hammock all day long you would probably still be working out of your home. I think your office space could use a couple of nice skateboarding ramps.
Great studio! Audio in there would drive me crazy.
This got me really pumped to grow my own business!
Vanilla Coce, best beverage in the world! Weird and unhealty, but I can't live without it. ;-)
You're now officially awarded with the "best office in the world" badge. :-D
Awesome video. We are editing at home in our living room for starters and hope to grow and have our Office... Very entertaining and we are happy that you and your team are successful. Tony & Laura
dang held the glidcam for the entire video wow!
thanks for sharing Devin! really inspiring!
Central storage for all the computers. It will save LOTS of time by not having to copy from system to system or moving small raid systems around. Take a look at Open Drives and G-Tech has some interesting media centric NAS boxes now as well. It seems you might a relationship with them already.
Wow...your a man devin!
Your office are so cool...👍👍👍👍
Badass space man!
thats big for an office and it looks fun! omg
Just a tip for tours like this, just film on a hover board, you don't need a glide cam, its just a little bit easier.
loved the tour! once again, you have motivated and inspired me even more. thank you!!!!
Love every bit of your work!
You need a bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!
Cool office.
Some tips: Plants, small trees maybe. something to insulate the hollow noise. It sounds just empty.
You all need like a snow cone maker or something lol! That would be lit!
Very cool! Thanks for sharing this!
great to see how organized you are, devin! the thing you still need though, is me! filmmaker from Holland! as your protegé :p
where do you guys make smoothies?
filmmaking goals
Love this. Solid set up!
Sickest office ever!
You definitely need to do something about those acoustics! I would go mad if I were to work in an office where every word I say would have a ten second reverb tail! Other than that it's a dope office, well done!! :-)
You should bye a Ps4!
PS i have watched you for about 5 years now, keep up the good work man!
awesome mate love it.
you just need some colourfull rugs to brighten the floors and kil the nasty echos
You should get a bar or kitchen for a mean feed!!
Devin, you need a SUPER TRAMP!!
Great! Watching your videos is always an adventure. I love the blob, the slip n slide off the cliff in Lake Powel and the water ski jouring. Keep it up, and if I have some sugggestions, i"ll contact you.
My suggestion would be to get a pinball machine or arcade cabinet. Boom!!
Greetings from Switzerland :D
Sit/Stand desks are the way to go. Sitting all day is dangerous and there's data coming out now that attributes some diseases to just sitting too much. Start the revolution and demand a stand up desk at your work if you have a job behind a desk all day.
Damn. So sick.
you need more greenery plants or something it can really brighten the mood
You should defiantly get a viewing room with a big 4k projector and high end speakers to watch back your films.
man wish I was good at editing, never have edited before, so I could work with you guys.
Just missing a bathroom =P! Thats an amazing office. #goals
Regarding UPDESKS; to avoid neck and back injury, stand 15 minutes every hour. Good call Devin.
Can you give a link to the:
1. Desk with height adjustment
2. Office chair
3. Console to the color grading
4. Hard drives
??? ;)
Love your work man keep it up!
