- After much work scraping, sanding, patching and painting, I now have an assembled horse drawn cart and platform. Now begins the next phase of building the wagon. Stay tuned folks and of course, stay well.

how much timber do you think ya may need , because i have a heep of old hardwood 2x4 raffters you can have if you want
Thanks for the offer. But I'm trying to keep it as lightweight as possible. Have even considered using metal framing but but would rather not. It's funny cause I'm surrounded by hardwood, but, trying to avoid it. 👍
Well done mate! It's got to feel good to have the base done and be ready to move onto the creative bit.
Ps. If you're not planning on moving it regularly anyway, why not go with Lizzard's hardwood? You could always rip it in half...
Absolutely was a good feeling to get to this stage.
I am trying to keep it as lightweight as possible. In a perfect world it'd get transported to my own land..that I don't yet have. But I have now sourced some framing timber! 🙂
She is coming back to life bit by bit, the paint work is really looking good.👍👍👍
