I think a more appropriate term would be High Value instead of the term Cheap. The only time I've ever heard Celto audio in person, was with a Hybrid+ setup. The bins were 4 x Hybrid+ PK218S UE bins that were driven by 2 Celto P2.25 amplifiers for the bass. All I can say is it's hard to beat this kind of performance for the price in 2024 in SA. I will also have to compliment Hybrid as these products that are using Celto Pro drivers and tops are mountains above what Hybrid used to make 2 decades ago. Back in the day Hybrid was seen as "bedroom" grade audio even below Behringer (yes I said it). Today with the Hybrid+ brand, it's legitimate professional grade audio that can only be contributed to Hybrid using quality component (Celto Acoustique), Hybrid building decent boxes and putting everything properly together.
@Jarrow13 Yes, both brands have come a very long way. I believe they are going to be an absolute force to contend with internationally, especially Celto! I have a good captured Frd response for various brands and products - When one compares price points between brands Celto is ringing the excellent value bell 🔔
No more unboxing videos! I cannot handle this level of suspense! I was glued to my seat. Beats the best Hitchcock thriller! Ok, I lied,… give us more! 😂
@sveneisenhauer1 haha I'm just so surprised, so many high quality features and materials and so affordable. I can't really get over the value add from the brand, feels very strange!
@ Yes, I agree. But couldn’t find the drivers readily available here in the U.S., unfortunately. I suppose they are really mostly a finished speaker manufacturer.
@Geerladenlad very much bass reflex, I have tried some other layouts in simulation however on this model I would stick to a Bass reflex around 150 liters.
Had you had trimmed this video down to between 3 and 5 minutes: commesurate wih the info contained within: you might have captured my attention. However, over half an hour?....
@massimobellendi8933 Hello 👋, most of my content is long and yes, possibly boring to many! It is my honest reaction and thoughts. Thank you for your view and opinion 😉
The venting on this driver is not some amazing super cooling system man pa drivers are so behind on their venting compared to other application subwoofers, I'm not saying that these drivers aren't any good but as an electromagnetic freak this is run of the mill stuff nice vid though ❤❤
@gijoemolinaro the DCS system is a nice feature over and above and an 8% thermal improvement over a traditional optimized motor is healthy. Thank you for the kind words.b

@sveneisenhauer1 can I help put you in contact with USA agent?
Very similar to the *Dayton Audio Pro 18 in. 8 Ohm Subwoofer Odeum 18F.*
@firecloud77 not to familiar on the Dayton driver, will have a look.
So, this is a $275 - $300 usd woofer.
Really nice for the $$$, no doubt.
@dizzle1119 Currently, launch promotion is $254 usd
What would be the application for this driver?

even the cone is nice and tough
Canadian pulp and Kevlar loaded cone with a water resistant coating on both sides.
