- This video teaches breath control, sculling and important safety skills like how to enter and exit the water and stand up. You will learn lots of great warm-up exercises that will help you relax and enjoy the water.

SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR BEGINNERS
Swimming, like all athletic activities, is physically challenging and involves risks to participants that cannot be entirely eliminated. Please use these resources at your own risk and always follow these guidelines when learning to swim.
👉 Practise with a coach or experienced swimmer
👉 Practise in shallow, calm water
👉 Dress appropriately - water resistant swimwear and goggles
👉 When in doubt, get out. Only swim when feeling comfortable

Why i love Splash, Only Splash coaches are very gentle and friendly, They teach with love and dedication,. Without splash i will never learn how to swim.
It took me five sessions before I learned how to float, I almost give up in frustration but because of the coaches patient and supportiveness, I’ve finished 3levels of their workshop. Forever thankful to Splash Foundation for giving us the chance to learn to swim for free....❤️🙏

B4 I'm scared but i after our first session i gain some confidence and now i i know how to swim.. (little bit) batch 2019..but bcoz of pandemic i didn't continue my open water lessons. my best experience is the relay (2019) i made some mistakes but still that memories will stay forever.. I have been fortunate enough over the years to be involved with Splash just a tiny bit, and see up close and personal the brilliant work they do in teaching people to swim. The impact Splash has had and the difference it has made to many people's lives is difficult to put into words. Not only do they provide essential skills which could mean the difference between life and death, Splash also provides a whole new community for people who are -- frustratingly - often overlooked in the wider Hong Kong society. Of course, it helps that I met my now wife through Splash! But in addition, I made friends, and saw the positive impact that swimming has on so many. Well done Splash.
