- This video review the six stages of the Shang Han Lung, the four levels of Wen Bing, and the herbs that are associated with each level. This is a good review for students of and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) taking finals, year-ends, NCCAOM boards, or CALE exams, especially for Herbology.

I am a disgusting and pathetic grad student. I sleep in a cage in the basement of my Chinese Medicine School, and once a week the faculty feed me fish heads. The only light in my life is these videos, and the hope that they bring. Truly you are the sage of sages, and the emissary of HuangDi himself.
What a surreal gentleman 😂. Best of luck for your studies.
@@22poopoo I don't need luck. I have Nicholas
Nicholas, my acupuncture class is requesting you please do a video on the challenging UB channel. We would really appreciate it if you can break it down for us in a way that takes away the intimidation factor.
YOU ARE GREAT!
Our students find your videos very helpful. Thanks for the vids!
That’s great. I’m glad so many students are able to benefit
Nicholas! Your videos are always helpful and mostly better in explanation than what I got at school. I cannot thank / recommend you enough 🌞
Thanks Nick, this helped me understand the formulas we've learnt so much better! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thanks so much! Love your videos always
Glad you like the videos!
Great teaching! Thank you!
You are just the best! My instructor explained it in such complicated way, you made it sound so simple. I understand it now! Thanks!!!
I needed this refresher thanks!
Glad it’s helpful!
I love your content! Can you please do a podcast on lingering pathogens and how to treat them?
Thank you for talented and clear presentation.
Glad you like it!
Excellent video
Tq very much
Do you have anything on tongues? I saw your video on heat and you had a mention of a red tongue with a coating but what about a pink fat tongue with white coating and teeth marks?
There an old livestream lecture on tongue diagnosis here: th-cam.com/users/liveWTES9ahzoVw?si=TA-oItftY8342p_D
Is the Faint and Replete Pulses the same as Weak and Empty?
I believe here the faint pulse is Wei Mai (minute, faint, indistinct). Bensky will also describe it as "almost imperceptible."
The replete pulse is Wiseman's translation of Shi Mai (excess, full, replete, forceful).
@@tcmstudy Thanks!
For Yang Ming Organ, the pulse is Forceful & Replete. I thought Forceful was Shi Mai haha. What would Forceful be in this case then?
Just in time
Glad it’s just in time. I think I just missed people who took first year-ends.
Yeah, I’m on break but boards are 8 months away….so I’ll have a look at this for sure!!
Thanks!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🪭🪭🐉🐉
Good luck on boards! Hope the video is helpful!
