Uganda has developed good infrastructure but maintenance is still a big problem, keeping it clean,painted, damaged items replaced, green parts and flowers maintained preventing vandalisation signs, unnecessary sticking of posters and banners, indecent driving and parking, road side vending, poor drainage and indiscrimate littering all these kill the beauty and the life of our new infrastructure. My appeal to KCCA & TRAFFIC authorities to borrow a leaf from Kigali and Nairobi as they plan for a smart city.
