What do u think of doing side lateral leg raises with lower back pain? I heard that building glutes ks beneficial for lower back pain and knee injuries? I also do the clam shell with bands

You're better off working on the proper strengthening work that we talk about in the program. such as the squats and hip hinges :)

I have lower back spasm since 3 months now. I am doing dead bugs, bird dogs, side planks, lunges, palloff press, inhale exhales, etc just like demonstrated by you. It gives temporary relief, but is there any timeline to get completely heal it?
Also when I sit without support to my lower back I feel my lower back getting stretched and feeling weak and in a need of strength and support. So is this a sign of muscle spasm only or something else?

You need to build resilience through the spine, this involves the steady application of load. it takes some time but you can build up some good tolerance to the load and that is what will rebuild strength and resilience in your back. Too often people focus on these core exercises for too long without rebuilding the back with load - carefully. This is what we guide members through with the program if you need more support doing so :) as for muscle spasm, no, muscle spasm is not a back problem, it is a reaction to a back injury i.e. disc injury etc :)
