I had a used '66 305 Scrambler that I rode through high school. The GoPro video of you riding it down the road brought it all back to me 50 years later. Thanks for the memories!
My father had one of those special ordered with chrome tank, fenders, side covers, exhaust (no mufflers)... That bike was a head Turner! Great memories as a kid riding on the tank holding on for dear life as my father red lined that engine with those straight pipes shooting fire out the back ( at least that's how my 5 year old self remembers it).
Glenn N. No it was not. I later discovered the previous owner had installed a larger than normal rear sprocket. I think it was off 2-3 notches. Stock has since been installed.
