I mean, this is revolutionary. If I'm going to be staring at a character's back for most of the game then I should be rewarded for doing so. Having a cheeked up main character is the way to go.
This game took me around 6-7 hours and was quite difficult, for someone who isn't that into platformers. But I still had fun, it is a neat little game.
I appreciate so much how people recognize how this game is more than a furry game. They actually recognize how amazing the game is on a technical level. Im subbing for that and being a sybil enjoyer

i just found out by pressing TAB you can drop your sword and when dropping your sword you can kick it in the air and make it fly towards your enemy dealing high damage
There's a lot of hidden techs the game never tells you about that you can access pretty early on that allow you to sequence break even more effectively. It's great.

I was wondering if DT would ever find this gem of a game. I just finished a playthrough after nine hours the other day, and plan on running it back a handful of times easy.
I didnt get the cling gem (or the map) for the longest time in this game, and the amount of places i manage to get to without it - whilst it was clearly intended to have - was astonishing.
i only watched the prologue part of the video and i had to buy the game to see what happens first hand. Once i finish the game i will comeback to this video and edit this comment with my thoughts
I tried playing it recently, but without a map to know where I am and where I can go, I just get so fucking lost and it ruins it completely for me, when I think I've finally found something new, I realize I've just looped back to the same room for the tenth time... I never found the "slide jump" ability, and I still have no fucking clue where it is, and I'm not about to run aimlessly around the same rooms over and over and over again just to find it. Even the absolutely fine and caked up cheeks aren't enough to lure me back in, sadly
I played most of this thing without ever entering the Library and it felt... limited. Then I finally got the Kicks and for the next hour everything felt worse, before it felt better.
Indie games always proven that you don't need a Cinematic Super Realistic game to make a fun and engaging game. 👌 While AAA studios always making a Netflix-like games.

this looks like an unfinished amazing adult game. Where the only thing they have left to program into the game is the adult stuff. However, this is not to say i don't see what the designers were potentially going for. it could also be an amazing non adult game in which it can be a really good platforming game where you know what your capable of doing by simply seeing what your character is wearing. This is part of what made Mario so popular. This is just a side tangent, but i wish someone would come up with a game where while your a female protagonist, you have no ability to actually deal damage yourself, but through the environment you do. One of the most common ways to defeat certain enemies is to trick them into charging into a wall. One of the unique things i've seen is using a torch to fear the enemy into walking into something they know to avoid otherwise, but acquiring the torch is tricky. i will say playing a male protagonist normally implies your physically capable including being able to take down enemies but whenever it's a female protagonist everyone makes her "Fully capable" which in my opinion defeats the purpose or makes your game look like it's art is the only reason to buy it.

Old games from the PS1 ERA amped up to modern resolution could look a lil bad (Tomb Raider) but overall perfect game
