Wow! That thing reached V2 considerably more quickly than I'd have expected it to considering that it has just a single visible engine! :-) And those knife edges lasted a whole lot longer than expected as well! You've got some mad piloting skillz there dawg!!! :-D I'm just glad that I was not a 'passenger' in that jet. Pants + urine + feces = a terrible, *AWFUL* day!!! ;-) An FPV cam on that thing would have made a totally *WILD* video!!! :-)
Thanks Eoin. He's an awesome pilot and will ALWAYS do something exceptional when he flies at Weston Park. Full concentration required when I film this guy. Considering the fairly poor light due to the cloud cover the video came out really well. Appreciate the feedback as always. Cheers Dom (Essential RC)
quoting you presentation:"Watch out for the ground scraping knife edge move early in the flight. Martin rolls out of knife edge with just 2-3 mm between the wing tip and the ground." can you tell me at what time it happens ? I watched the video twice but I can not understand when this happens: 2-3 mm from the ground means to pass with the tip of the wing in the grass, but I could not identify when this happens BTW: aesthetically speaking I do not really like the profile of the model, but take it as: I like more the P-51 of the P-47 or I prefer the concord to the TU144 and so on. The fact remains that it is a well-made model, well piloted and last but not least: it has my own name !!
I really don't think so but under powered for what? It's not designed for top speed, it's an aerobatic jet but it still had plenty of speed. Cheers Dom (Essential RC)
unnecessary big !!! perfect "Freud" plane , it've the biggest !! ;);) I use to say sport jets are for beginners or bad pilots !!! futura dynamo ventrix avanti mephisto etc etc all same planes ………….buy a dream plane : f104 airworld for example !!! and do your pattern flights with a "pilotrc" !!!! take this comment as a joke !!

It seems underpowered? Would I be correct in saying that?
