We miss you Max, I came late to the party all I have is these explosive memories on the youtube. Your probably mining gold ultrasonically in Antartica these days.. good luck
thanks a lot!! I was definitely expecting some more Autechre comments on this one - it's quite interesting to me as I've never given their work more than a cursory listen. My musical background/taste is primarily non-electronic genres and I only heard of them for the first time a handful of years ago after someone said a piece I was working on was reminiscent of their style. There are certainly similar methods and mindset at work though!
thank you! I only tend to start using arranger once I have been playing around with a project for a while and have a fairly clear idea of what I want to do
thank you!! when tweaking the master limiter on this one I heard some very dramatic effects of small changes in release time, definitely one of my more dynamic pre-masters
thank you! the MIDI loop is just providing a bit of extra modulation - working on this I found that loopback LFOs are kind of a pain - planning to cover some of the possibilities and annoyances in a future info video
thanks a lot! I had already used all the LFOs on track 1 but still wanted more modulation - basically using multiple simple LFOs to create a complex modulation pattern since more than one LFO can be sent to the same destination - I also have some LFOs modulating other LFOs
God that thing sounds freakin WEIRD. And I mean that in a good way. Highly considering dropping the Electribes I’ve used over ten years and switching to this machine. Need more POWERRRR!! hahaha

This is ridiculously good. I'm gonna echo all of the recent Autechre comparisons; you're really smashing it lately!

Love your work! Why exactly are you using Midi LFO to change T1 filter? Why not T1 LFO ? Just curious.
thanks a lot! I had already used all the LFOs on track 1 but still wanted more modulation - basically using multiple simple LFOs to create a complex modulation pattern since more than one LFO can be sent to the same destination - I also have some LFOs modulating other LFOs
@@maxmarco so you maxed out your tracks lfo... Aaaah there your name comes from
