I love this post! I am a realtor here in metro Atlanta and I totally agree with everything you are saying right now about trends. It's so frustrating for sellers to scramble to keep up. Warm colors are back in a huge way here in Metro Atl all the browns and warm beiges but, not the yellow based beiges of the 2000's. Wall paper is also huge right now. Which I as a realtor have ptsd about wall paper, lol. Accent walls are OUT, keep it all the same color that is my advice right now. I just went into a listing where the sellers painted the one wall dark grey. We are painting it to match the other color. So much goes into selling a home and staging is a very important tool I use for all my listings.

Good info. You need to edit away from a talking face from time to time. Viewers want to see examples and to have variety from just the host's face.
