very helpful for me! thanks a lot. Can you show me which parts in MLS listing I will know STR permitted?

It really depends sometimes they put it on the MLS and most times they don't. If they were to put it could be in the description but the most common thing you need to watch out if it has a hoa fee. This doesn't automatically mean it's str friendly there's just a higher risk that it's not. I suggest you check the zoning board of that town I think that's the best way

I want to do Airbnb because I want to get out of the rat race. While I make okay money at my primary job, I want to become financially free with multiple streams of income and reduce my 9-5 job hours and eventually quit. Hopefully I can make enough from all my streams of incomes that I can retire early and help my family/friends/less fortunate people out. What made you do Airbnb Shyenne?

I definitely understand and agreed with your comment. I decided to do airbnb because I want to build multiple streams of income and don't want to be dependent on my 9 to 5 job. I also really like what I can do with airbnb such as creating a unique experiences for my guests and for them to create memories with their love ones. This ties in with my love for traveling and gives me a creative outlet for me to create a space for them to enjoy and relax.
