This doesn't automatically mean it's str friendly there's just a higher risk that it's not. I suggest you check the zoning board of that town I think that's the best way
I want to do Airbnb because I want to get out of the rat race. I definitely understand and agreed with your comment. I decided to do airbnb because I want to build multiple streams of income and don't want to be dependent on my 9 to 5 job. I also really like what I can do with airbnb such as creating a unique experiences for my guests and for them to create memories with their love ones. This ties in with my love for traveling and gives me a creative outlet for me to create a space for them to enjoy and relax.
