I’m really confused every time I watch a video everyone says price labs will increase your booking but as soon as I started using it, my booking went to zero am I doing something wrong?

Yeh, until Airbnb deletes your listing due to neighbor complaint.

Hey there, congrats on your 1st STR. Just was looking into Hospitable and stumbled across your channel. My first pick was Guesty because of their automated messaging, smart lock integration, scheduling cleaners etc. but I later discovered I would have trouble integrating my direct booking site with Guesty and I started looking into the other PMS's. Was your decision to go with Hospitable purely a financial one? If not, how would you compare the two? And, what do you wish Hospitable did or did better? Thanks for your insights. I keep watching your videos.

Who do u use for cleaning. Do you use a company or an individual. My air bnb is in Brooklyn NY started since last year oct and still trying 2 get the hang of it. Cause u recommend a cleaner to me
