If you know me, then you know I love to cook. Not just that, I love cooking with whole, clean, and minimal foods and ingredients that fuel my body in all the right ways and help to balance my hormones.
But sometimes I'm extra busy or tired and cooking an entire meal sounds like way more than I can give, so we end up ordering food, spending too much money, and feeling very unfabulous afterward.
