- Today we caught up with Jeremy, during his afternoon feed to Gordon's group. He tells us a little about how the guys are doing, and also the ways in which we need your help at the moment.
We really appreciate the amazing donations coming into us through our Amazon wishlist, but there are some items such as fresh fruit and veg, wood wool for bedding, and, importantly, PPE of gloves and masks, that we cannot buy from Amazon. So nice to see Jeremy still going strong after all these years. He's been committed to carry out his friend's dream. And his own as well. He was one of 3 people who started this amazing place. Jim is so proud of Allison and Jeremy. I'm sure of that.
I love that Jeremy considers all of his animal friends to be people. The respect he gives to them demands my respect for him. Over the years, it has increased instead of lessened.

I've met him twice. Such an extraordinary man who has dedicated his life to those animals and really loves each and every one. He's actually quite rich and has left a good chunk of money to monkey World in his will
I was just watching monkey business on the ol TV and I'm so glad Jeremy is still going strong he was one of the best parts of monkey business

i do miss these videos. i hope for more fresh ones asap. we were drawn into the monkeys lives and enjoyed the ups and downs and what challenges they shared but they have been gone too long.

Im on season 5 of Monkey World so its amazing to see Gordon now. He doesn't have his cheek flanges yet on S.5 . He looks great. And its nice to see OShine has settled in and doing well.

Monkey world is the best when ever as a kid I used to go down as a kid I would love it there great park
I want to see oshine. She is my absolute favorite orangutan. She is such a sweet little lady. I just adore oshine. She is the only reason I watch this show and you hardly ever get to see her
We recently went to Monkey World for the first time and had a great day. My favourite primate is definately Oshine. A few of the primates stand out from one another, but for the most part you have to look at the information board to work out which animals you are looking at. However, I was lucky enough to turn around just as Oshine came walking out. She moves around so uniquely, we knew instantly who it was. She is precious.
What a beautiful person jermery is and has been with alison and jim sunce monkey world was only beginning it start to getting ready for a new like for all types if monkeys of different kinds .jermeny has been and is a beautiful caring monkey person who they feel comfortable with and sense no fear with him .hes an insperation to us .and gives love and understanding to them. Godbless you jermery.thank you id say jim is very proud of you and can rest in peace knowing with people like you no harm will come to them.🐵🐒🐈🦍🌷✌👍💙

Adopting means paying towards the upkeep, and getting special concessions, I think.

Our own country had witheld ppes from our hospitals doctors and hate to say this but more dire a situation was the icu rn ppe supplies all ppes were ordered to be stolen by the president who then used hospitals purchased ppes to be intercepted mid delivery and the hospitals the paramedics firemen policemen were all without ppes forced to diy ppes and this went on for almost 2 months seeing covid patients in direct contact without protection literally forced to hold our breath run into the icu unit room perform a procedure for a patient on a respirator then run out of the room to breathe hold our breath run back inside quickly do what we could and here is the worst part...dying patients not onefamily member beside them to say goodbye to comfort them only us and even if we could have during this time period been able to stand and hold their hand heldup our phone to allow them to hear their familys voice to say goodbye so many people died during this timeperiod just unfathomable that while everyone was suffering and our tireless suffering health care nurses and doctors pulmonologists cardiologist respiratory therapists the list is so longbut to be abandoned the citizens of our country dying abandoned bythe presidents shadow thieving son in law orderedby president trump our stolen ppes were given out as thank you grab bags to trumps fundraisers supporters those who contributed the most money were given 45 hospitals stolen ppe supplies ...then hospitals were given a chance to pay more money for a chance to outbid other victims of the presidents thievery by bidding wars to have a chanceto buy again our stolen ppes

When you are dealing with the public and these vulnerable primates, you can't afford not to wear a mask.
Dealing with the public in the best of times can be extreamly unpleasant.
People can pass certain illnesses on to primates, or vice versa. So those who work closely with them usually wear masks. You just sound ignorant.
Guess you don't know much about apes.
