    Saw one of these parked at Wentworth Falls about a week and a half ago. There can't be too many around 😉

      How good is Waze! One benefit of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (where available)

    I feel that the pedestrian safety hum should be limited to the outside of the vehicle. It does impede a lot into the cabin of my Atto. I am used to it so doesn't bother me too much but can see why some would find it annoying

      It would be ok if it was just a bit quieter 🔈

    Wasn’t the original plan to sell some of them as taxis?

    • @LudicrousFeed
      @LudicrousFeed  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      There were a few of the smaller green hatchback e6 variants used in Sydney as taxis

    Lack of a folding back seat a big miss - a wagon with a spare tire, faster AC, and Ok DC, would have sold well for families, tradies, and busy people.

      Agreed. Had the folding seat been an option it’d be a winner

    Bit of a dog isn’t it Tom? Easy to see why it hasn’t had many hires. Fortunately BYD has come a long way since this model arrived. Still wouldn’t choose one over my Tesla. Reserving judgement on Seal till I drive one.

      Yeah the most disappointing was the fact that the second row seats couldn’t fold down! What a waste of usable space

    Close but not quite... Glad BYD have made many improvements with the Atto and Dolphin.

      Agreed. Good call not to bring this vehicle in bigger numbers to Aus

    Sort of like a Subaru Liberty Exige :-)

    this e6 quite clearly does not suit australian driving condition so BYD made a good call on not importing this vehicle...

      @LudicrousFeed  ปีที่แล้ว

      Agreed. At least not in big numbers anyway 👍

      @@LudicrousFeed It is a display showroom inside the shopping center, inspected the display car couple times, last one (& we shall never visit again) my wife & I sat inside the car 5 minutes, nobody else around, the salesman just playing with his phone at the counter as if we were invisible !!!!! Emailed the head office & they came back with a blah blah blah reply. Not looking forward to the BYD after sale 'service'.

      Hmm thanks for the feedback. The few times I've been to the Sydney showroom, they've been quite good so unfortunate to hear your experience. I'm interested to see what the MyCar service is like. Either way, I will document it on the channel!
