Is it me or is the distant gunfire really well done in this game.
From what I've played of enlisted, everything seems to be pretty well done honestly.
The only downside of the game is the AI being mostly dumb, otherwise it's a great game. If they can improve the AI it will be a big competitor to other WW2 FPS games

I think they didn't put much human resources on the game yet as the game isn't very popular, but if the player base grows, so will the game. I have no doubt about that.
Aside from some terrible spawns on some maps, I really enjoy Enlisted. It feels like a grind to unlock new stuff but it’s still fun for me.
especially on that normandy campain....on the beach.
they have the highground and MG42 LITTERALLY EVERYWHERE. despite that tho that is still my favorite map to play
You can't complain about spawns, your whole squad is a spawn of sorts and you can build your own spawn beacons. If you don't have an engineer in your squad, you're an idiot.

First time in a long time where I played an online shooter and actually enjoyed myself, 90% of kills are bots but it's still so fun (basically I'm shit at playing fps games online against other people)
Enlisted has been my absolute favorite game on console as of late

Downloaded it on the PS4, 3rd match I played I was in the German team on Normandy, got 175 kills just by switching back and forth to the MG42 positions, everything was a complete killing zone.
Then in another match I got 22 kills in one pass with the BF 110's rockets because the team marked the enemy positions (Doesn't matter if you are pc or console, I highly recommend to mark your enemy positions, they greatly help CAS pilots and radio squads).
Bf110 is good if you have prior warthunder experience and a basic under standing of air to air haha I got it on my buddies account(first time I played enlisted) changed the controls to warthunder controls, and I was mopping up. It definitely helps when your team marks though.
@@50shadesofcerakote facts being a wt player makes you a god at the vehicle aspect of the game, I’ve killed panthers using my experience as a sim/rb main in wt (I was using the terrible m8 Scott)
The first 3 games are only against bots so you can easily get 100 kills

The only complaint about this game is the matchmaking. I've had games where an enemy has the last tank upgraded to hell and my team nobody has even unlocked the anti tank guys. Not to mention the first tank just gets 1 shot.
That and HE shells dont really do shit to infantry ive gotten hit markers after blowing the ground out from there feet before seems like you have to direct hit them
@@KOSYOUNG yeah, watching this when he's in the last tank (tiger or whatever) he's blasting like 5 dudes with 1 shell. It looks like obviously the shells are better or the cannon firing them is like you'd expect. The only problem is when a team of low levels gets put against a maxed tank it's basically un killable especially if they are skilled. Just take the part of the vid where his tracks are gone, he sits there for what felt like 15 mins demolishing everything that ran past, only about 10 bombs and 3 tanks later did he get blown up.
yeah powercreep will be real issue in this game in future, but tbh tanks no matter what rank all get one shoted by single explo pack the planes are a problem imo
@@jPlanerv2 that doesn't seem to be the case with me, I land them suckers on, under, behind and up the tanks ass and they don't die. I've literally thrown 5 packs from my entire squad and not scratched a tank. I get in a tank and it lands like 5 feet away BOOM 1 shot.
@@swaggadash9017 maybe they changed something i havent play it for a month now so im not up to date, but the last time i played no matter if it was Jumbo od panther they all died to one or two explo pack to the side.
for a f2p game this is very well done and my favourite part is the immersion or athmosphere. I really do feel like I am in the 2nd WW. No game before could achieve that. Maybe Hell let loose.
I had a 249 kill game the other day in a T-34-85.
0 deaths. It was crazy. The enemies only spawned one tank and literally none of the infantry tried to kill me…. It was really weird….
This is literally the reason why I take tanks seriously as the threats they actually are. So I take them out especially if no one else is. And I use everything I can; explosive packs, piat spam building czech hedgehog behind and in front if nothing else, anti tank mine and shooting it with pistol literally anything I can do including spotting lol
Man in this game it’s so easy to get quad feeds and other stuff like that and it’s so addicting

I honestly really like this game. It has some polishing and some other little stuff but it could be reeeeally good
Yeah like certain reloads like the M1917 not using a stripper clip then adding one extra round for empty or just a stripper for when there is one round. Or just all the lee enfield reloads
The game needs still alot of balance, normandy playing as axis is basically like you were playing as a premium user against bots only, it's easy as fuck and i am not even talking about the vehicles.
Ironically, the community consensus is that Axis Normandy is UNDERpowered. I'm not even joking. The majority of the Enlisted community have the notion that Axis Normandy is underpowered. Despite having a LMG that can be equipped by everyone, actual assault rifles, actual HMGs that aren't LSWs and a tank that can compete with anything the Allies throws at it. But because the Allies get 1 plane that is overpowered and a tank that isn't even that hard to take out, apparent the Axis suffers.
Lmao, played Axis on Normandy. Was using my Puma and easiest 200+ kill game I've had. I find it a decent cake walk as Axis on Normandy when the first obj you have to defend is one of the forward Bunkers lol
I mean isn’t the Normandy is basically Axis demolish the Allies? There is no such thing called Balanced in WWII

Try to keep you distance with the tank remember infantry love tanks in a cqc environment keeping a distance from them will allow you to utilise your ranged advantage

LMAOO the 13:47 is a sniper death scene just similar to the movie Saving Private Ryan never gets old, but you are the tanker and the player with the name tag Alexram_04 a sniper.
The amount of explosives your tank absorbed is astounding!

I had a similar insanely high kill count match using the MG42 emplacements on the D-Day map. I now have digital ptsd from the horrors I caused on those young men

200 divided by 7 (which is the number of bots per squadron) will give 28 which would be the total number of players he eliminated, which means that you killed 172 AI bots

Many of the infantry weapons in this remind me of Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
For some reason the game reminds me of Day of Defeat: Source. I know they're different, but for some reason it does. I have really fond memories of that game, man it was great.

Best I have gotten is a 160 kill game. Was really fun. This is the best fps I have played since I played bo2. Cod almost killed games like this for me. So happy for enlisted. Keep killing mate.

I tell you what though I play this game and it's everything I've ever wanted in a world war II game. Granted I never really thought about multiplayer before but I think that's the best part of it all
@Christoffer Johansson åman oh most definitely. And you probably got about maybe 12 or so players on each side but it can be pretty intense
I just found this on PC, not a big fps guy, but this game is a blast. Audio in game is really good, had to try with audiophile headphones, not so good for directional sound, but the bullets and shells whizzing by sounds amazing, game gives me anxiety in a good way.

But I also suppose he put money into all these games seeing how he's full time a TH-camr now (I haven't really kept up with him since 2015 or so watching the occasional videos). I'm just commending his commitment to TH-cam because grinding these games would drive me mad haha.

The only problem with this game is the upgrade system is really confusing and hard to use as well as some other bugs and balancing on some maps. I still play it every day because there is nothing like it on PS4 especially for free

i installed enlisted on my ps4 yesterday and i was istantly a god THE GAME IS SO PEFECT and gaijin makes god dayum good games!
Decided to try Enlisted just this afternoon, did decently well in my first three games, one loss well-fought, two wins.
The fourth game, however.
Spawned in armoured car.
drove two feet.
Instantly destroyed by max-rank players.
Decides to use sniper squad.
Flanks around to find decent vantage point.
Instantly destroyed by max-rank players.
Disconnects.
Like, what the actual hell, am I not allowed to enjoy a game without being stomped on?

I don't know if this is just me, but on console I feel like its pretty hard trying to fight with any kind of bolt-action rifle.
Same for me when i played on a trash laptop
Just take the rifle and find a place where you will not need to move alot, practice shooting from there and keep your guard because enemies can flank your position at times.
Its easier on pc. I was suprised picking up The game and playing on my laptop. I did so much better with The Bolt action rifles especially.
Go into practice mode and mess with the settings, there a vids on this to help all over TH-cam, I was crap at first but it does help👍
Playing with high sensitivity for the aim helps a lot. At least for me the default settings feels very stiff and slow.
What region and stuff are you playing in ? Have they handled the hacking issues from 5 or 6 months ago?

Yeah I own all of those on Steam. I played a bit of a couple of them. Those are the games where you have a squad and you can direct your squadmates right? Like you can have them flank enemies and whatnot.
Instead enlisted reminded me of the conflict series from the early 2000s, got me playing that. Which has great squadmate ai imo. And you can switch between characters.

@@thestop-motionguy9909 I've been playing Desert Storm 1 and 2 last couple of days. Gonna play Global Storm or Terror soon. Supposed to be the best one. The AI in Global Terror is smart, they flank and what not. Anyways what I want in enlisted is smart squadmate ai, at least as smart as what was in conflict:desert storm. They actually react. They alert you to enemies. Throw grenades on their own. They stay where you put them until you have them regroup. Etc... It should be harder to tell if enemy is a bot whilst in the game. Then the main gimmick would be more than that.
Just tried out the game recently and my only complaint would be having to manage so many different soldiers. It’s just not appealing to me. But, I tried. Aside from that the game was quite fun, however I won’t be playing anymore because of the individual soldier management. I’m sure (I’d hope) there is an auto management option but again I’d rather not have to worry about so many different soldiers.
JFC Devil gets more kills in 10 seconds (with a gun, not dropping a bomb lulz) than I do in any match I've played. Granted I haven't played it much but still. And I used to be decent at games. fml fml fml 🥺🥺🥺

I want to stress to people to ping Enemy dense / highly populated areas it is such a huge help to Pilots and Radios
I feel like i'm going crazy, I dont' remember this game being so arcadey. This is just battlefield
Once I got a 200 kill game in the same campaign and it ended with me blowing up two tanks
I am now just playing it and love it need people to play whit thought but fun game
the most kills I got got with 1 bomb run with the ju 188 was 27, I usually get between 10-20 kills on average
The only gripe I have is the AI being inconsistent. Either they get wiped out by one guy with a semi auto in front of them, or they 360 no scope you from point blank there is no in between.
I prefer playing without the bots but nice video😁

Gameplay is pretty good, only thing I must learn is to craft the weapons and equip the squads better but after 3hrs in i like this game a lot! 👌🏻👍🏻

This game would have been soo much better if it wasn't pay to win. The grind is impossible for casual players to get some actuay good weapons.
I dunno. I mean, it's free to begin with. Paying 50$ like you do for any good title and get 1 whole year of +100% XP boost + all the login XP bonuses and you level pretty fast man, at what I consider a low cost. Even a casual gamer should be able to at least achieve one max level campaign within a year of 100 to 200% XP bonuses. Besides, you can earn in game currency by just playing the game. In fact, if you're active enough you can earn whatever ingame currency you spent for a battle pass right back into your in game currency wallet.
It really ain't that different from any other game. 50$ equals 4.2$ per month, less than HALF the monthly payment for a WoW Sub. Just one of many examples. :)

Played ps4 version kept hitting someone with three bolt action bullets or 15 from lmg with invincibility on 50 kill streak for least 7 seconds need to unlock least some weapons first

Anyone on console, specifically ps5 have an issue with bullets missing when you clearly aimed dead center on someone? I aim at someone dead center in the chest and its as if I am shooting a nerf dart. This doesn't happen all the time but most noticeable with bolt actions.

Could be bullet spread. If you prone or crouch, accuracy will improve. If that's not the issue, I don't know how to help.

Devil! What happened to the spearhead dayz server? Looked it up yesterday and it wasn’t there
we ended up taking it down because unfortunately, the server pop was too low to continue to justify the cost. It might come back eventually or we might switch over to SCUM at some point.

Hosting a dedicated server can cost over $100 a month easily. Plus DayZ popularity itself just seems to be waning with other stuff that's come out recently
@@toeman89 I just took a quick look at the player counts and it leads me to disagree with you. I think it is not an issue of not enough players but that the server ,with the many great ideas that it had, was overshadowed by a few mods that made it too difficult or "too hardcore" to enjoy the server. I really do believe that players are waiting for a really good server as there aren't that many at the moment. A server that has a good mix of survival and pvp, something that I would argue would look vary similar to what old Arma 2 epoch use to be. I think you guys should try again but try to tone down the "hardcoreness" of the server and it will be a lot more successful.
