Dj Sky here !!! We invited Dat to play our 2003 show in New Paltz New York Escape from normality EXT Productions. After we saw him at a show in Pennsylvania we grabbed a cd at the show and became obsessed with the album called POSITIVE CLIMB. We found copies of the singles and played them at our gigs for well over a decade! I still own my Datcyde cd and records. If your out there we love you!!!
docboy989 heard this on a mixtape by dj strange love after Boo 6 on Randall’s island 2002 in the spring ( it was supposed to be Halloween 2001 but got postponed) driving back north up 87 with this blastin in the altima
@@we-come-1 I get it. Good call. I wouldn't either. But if you want to sell it... hit me up. I'll beat the next guy out. This track is a monument to the era. It runs really deep.
Wow I heard this song for the first time in over 15 years. Couldn't remember the name of it no matter how hard I tried. The name "social skills" came to my mind out of nowhere and here she is.

Still here in 2019... bittersweet timeless.. evokes memories of an era of which purity to the culture/music we’ll never see again..beautiful
Beautifully said man! I discovered the tune in my youth in 2006 and I think I might understand a bit.

2020 and this is still one of my favorite D&B tracks of all time...
I've had too many friends attempt to buy the 12" from me. Definitely a record that I will not be selling.

Al Boogie? I got into Jungle because of the Urban Jungle Show back in the day
I don't care if this is considered "commercial or mainstream", it's a solid tune!
It's neither commercial nor mainstream. It's rather lovely "proto-liquid" :D
These sub-genres are getting out of hand lol. I'm pretty savvy with all realms of electronic music but never heard of proto-liquid before. Thanks :-)
proto just means before
Wow he said mainstream shows he doesn't know, the classic way to hear this was on breakbeat science from on my homie Dara's mix album,
Fuck me 20 years later still fire, i remember then thinkig this was all “new dnb” oh boy i crave for some of the old now, barcelona still hits big
