OMG Andy, I've been watching your OneNote videos for most of the day to the amusement of my wife... 🙂 and I cant thank you enough for the wealth of knowledge you have shared with us. In all the years I've been using OneNote, I never worked out how to print multiple pages until today.
Thank you, thank you, thank you my friend, very much appreciated.
    Rgds
    Colin

Excellent! Thank you. You are the first person to intelligibly explain the subtleties of ‘pages’ and the practicality of printing properly formatted hard copies from OneNote.

Always thought of OneNote pages being endless as a hassle to print until this tutorial! Thanks for sharing Andy

Hi Andy, often before I click on your videos I think to myself that I already know all there is to know about the topic but each time you prove me wrong, you always present something new to me. Very valuable, great presentations, thanks very much.

Hi Andy. Thanks in advance for your help. I love MS OneNote and this is, by the way, because of your tutorials. Although you were so close to my answer in this current video, I do not get the following: to use each OneNote 'page' as a notebook, afterwards print it (as in automatic size). What I do not know while I am writing (handwriting) is where is the bottom of each "page" (only a 'page' once printed) and where the beginnig of the next one. I know you where talking about exporting to MS Word, however this is not a solution for me because I am handrighting and doing sketches.
    🙏 for a help

Thank you so much for this! I don't know why but my brain works better when notetaking using OneNote but it's such a pain in the ass to print out so this is really helpful!

Thank you so much! I never knew we could have A4 and all other formats. I was really frustrated with infinite canvas.

unfortunately, under 'View' there is no paper size option on my Mac running Ventura 13.4.1 Tried again opening OneNote in a browser, still not paper size options. If someone has figured this out, please reply, thanks so much

I have a chromebook with notebook. I love the way you explain things. I always had problems getting the margins wide to print. It looks like I it is running a 2016. Do you have to purchase that to upgrade? I am not seeing the page setting icon that you show on your video.

Any idea for onenote for window 10 version? It took my hours trying to guess n find the boundary line for a A4 size using the print preview... But when there is more than one page, everything is in a mess again...😳

Is there any chance that you could address the One Note printing problem you described in this video (very helpful!) from an iPad GEN 9? The problem I am having is that the document is printing with all text reduced to one page, and unreadable. I have the document in OneNote “View” set to 100% and A4. When my print menu comes up, there is no box to check off “scale to print” as it’s available on your video screen. Is there an easier way to do this? Or do I have to export this file to a PC/PDF/other app, which would be much more of a hassle. Thank you for any assistance, from frustrated OneNote app user.

Hi Mattias - I'm using the desktop version that comes with Microsoft 365. You may be using the Windows 10 version.

Thanks Tina. Are you trying to print directly from the OneNote app on you iPad? I don't think you can change page settings from the iPad version. Sorry.

this does not work with handwritten notes, exporting to word or docs just inserts as a picture for each clump of writing, also does not import the grid lines if you pages have those

Hi Andy, Thanks for your great video! A couple of us are trying to find the Page Size option in OneNote on our Mac, but can't find it. I can't find Paper Size under the view section, and have tried looking everywhere. I have a Macbook pro and I have OneNote version 16.76. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you @AndyPark365

I decided to copy and paste my entire notebook into Word... then was able to format my OneNote notes. I couldn't find the "Page Size" options on my Mac either.
