    I started doing these 5 days ago. Before I saw this video I hadn't touched a basketball in 11 months because of covid so I had to get right. I did these and at first I could barely do them but now I can do all of em and more in just 5 days. Keep up the good work man you got me looking right. I really appreciate it.

      @@nolakid1087 Ikr. I was lazy and conceited. It wasnt till I played basketball that I realized I lost the skills I had. Also I actually did have a basketball but it was flat and I am a hooper I play on the aau for tsa select and Im playing jv this year.

    I've been doing this for 3 months now consistently and my ball control on both hands is getting waaaayy better, before this training my left hand could barely dribble and now I'm starting to do layups with it.

    What helps is to pay close attention when you dribble with your dominant hand and how it feels- for example: I did the windshield wipers on my right *right handed* and noticed that I use the muscles in my pinky so I just kept it in mind while dribbling with my left

    Bruh, been telling myself to work out lose all that fat, get shredded somehow but couldn't do it, got lazy and no motivation. After seeing this vid, I'm definitely going use this as a motivation, getting back my handles and get shredded at the same time, "killing 2 physical goals with one motivation" Thank you!!!

    I just started playing basketball. I dont have any handle whatsoever, so im in dire need of this. Ill keep u guys updated with the progress of this drill and the results of it
    First day: the first few were doable, even though it didnt look pretty. I wasnt able to do the second half of the workout, fumbled the ball too much, but its my first time doing it. Im planning on doing this daily, it should (hopefully) click eventually
    Update after 10 days:
    Have done this drill now 7/8 days in a row. I'm able to do all the moves now except for the figure 8, that one is extremely difficult to me. Also exploring other drills (nothing wrong with this one, but u shouldn't stick with one thing). My shooting is coming along as well!

      At least you add a workout I just watched games and practiced them. Also when you get like pretty decent try it out with a plastic bag over the ball, it helps.

    Been doing this for 2 weeks .I can really see some major improvements on my handles.Yk first day was very difficult but slowly workouts became easier day by day . Trust me this do work

    Thanks, I’ve been playing for a year and a couple of months and I’ve realized I’m good at shooting, and defense, and pretty much everything including offense but ball handling I realized I’m alright at. After doing this workout for the first time I messed up at least once on each workout showing I need a lot of work on dribbling!

    Love this! Could you do another 10 minute dribbling drill video for *beginner* beginners! my 7 year olds love to do these kinds of videos, but many are too advanced (ie between the legs, behind the back still too hard for them). Thank you!!!!

      @@StriveGrness i have improved a lot. However i wasnt able to do it all the 3 weeks because i Got sick. But i still did it in 14 days and i have improved. I get ankel breakers om my friends now. i would definitly recommed this excercise.

    1 month update
    Got over slump and will start again tomorrow.
    I have a game in 10 days I will tell you my progress.
    Day 1. Legs were burning and I was fumbling a lot on the figure 8 and left hand in n out
    Day 2. Legs are definitely feeling it and so is my lower back when doing walk the dog. Massively improved figure 8 but still struggling with left hand in n out
    Day 3. Legs still hurt but not too much. Slight back pain on walk the dog. Figure 8 wasn’t as good as yesterday. Left hand in n out has improved

      You can pretty much do all of the drills shown with two balls. Minus the obvious. Mind you.. wouldn't surprise me if someone could do the combo drills with two balls.
